The dramatic story of hospital workers, trying to save the life of a little boy who has an accident. It soon turns out, that the child's parents are Jehovah's Witnesses and do not consent to the blood transfusion, that could save the boy's life. From then on, a desperate struggle begins, between doctors and parents, trying to circumvent the system and religious orders.
