Sailing: Umi ni Habata Taku (1992)

Kadota, a teacher who has been assigned to Hokkaido Daiichi Fisheries High School, was a fisherman in the past and still had a temper,from that job. However, the man tries to show patience and provide students with as much knowledge as possible from his own experience. Soon it turns out that the majority of students, has problems outside the school, also associated to potential profession. Kadota, who sympathizes with the rebellious youth, becomes their representative in an unequal fight with the school management, who is deaf to the problems and struggles of their pupils.
