A call girl named Eve was killed in Tokyo. To find out the truth of the incident, Totsugawa and Kamei went to Hita, Oita Prefecture, which is thought to be Eve's hometown. The one Hina doll that remained in Eve's room became a clue, and Totsugawa gradually approached the truth of the incident. Eventually, the sad and fierce love and hate of parents and children and between young lovers can be seen... Hita City was a Tenryo in the Edo period, and a unique culture remains. Shooting was done in Hita while recreating the Mikuma River houseboat play and the Hita Gion Festival, which is the busiest city of the year.
