When Hatomura Shugoro is walking in the downtown area, Ishiguro Junichi suddenly collapses. Kamakura Kyoko, a woman who was with Ishiguro, has an abnormality on her skin and treats her unconscious Ishiguro. Hatomura also volunteers to help her. Eventually, when a rescuer appears, Kyoko pushes the opposition around her and she wants to be taken to the Toyota Memorial General Hospital instead of a nearby hospital. Meanwhile, Komuro Gensuke was inspecting the body of Karaki Hiroyuki. The cause of death was thought to be ingestion of a poor stimulant, and Karaki's skin had symptoms similar to Ishiguro.
