An Empty Can of Coffee in an Empty Coffee Shop...

This is the story about the girl who wanted to learn how to make great coffee... or more like got a crush on a barista so she used the oldest trick in the book "learning" to get close to her.

The girls are kind of sweet, and the chemistry is fine there is not a lot of plot, but there is som smooching and fluff. I gave it an extra 0.5 points for the fluff, but I guess it did not really touch me.

If you do watch it I would recommend you watch an episode a day without a big gap, as I thought it had 4 episodes but it turnd out to have 7 so I started it to early and got a big gap between the first 4 and the last 3 which I binged.

So as long as you prepare yourself for some fluff, cliche talk and not so much substance and all should be fine.

P.S There is nothing wrong with watching something that lacks substance.

Short & simple drama

Simple story about love. A short drama that sweet, fluff & just simple to fill your day. For the short drama I can say this has complete story, has beginning-middle-ending. The story itself not a complicated one, but still leave a footprint in your memory.

Story about a girl that like another girl. Maybe like shiro wrote: 'This is the story about the girl who wanted to learn how to make great coffee... or more like got a crush on a barista so she used the oldest trick in the book "learning" to get close to her.' But cause it's just a short drama, so we got no story from their family or you can say, anyone else. This just a story about 2 girls, how they start the acquaintanceship > friendship > courtship > being together.

One short drama that you can watch to fill you day...

Cute Mini Series for a quick watch

It is not the most groundbreaking story but it is really cute.
Not too much drama and perfect if you don't feel like watching a long series with a lot of drama.
I liked the chemistry between the two actresses.
The plot was perfect for a mini series in my opinion.

I enjoyed it. I would say if you want to watch something light and fluffy, go for it ?

I hope they get to do bigger series soon.

I fell in love with the Barista ? Time to try to find a girlfriend in a coffee shop.

I have a hunch that this is H'our Channel's best 2023 release

This is what ≥75°C was supposed to be. The writing can be a bit dull, but the dialogue and performances make up for it. It's very fluffy and has the refreshing touch of not ending the series as soon as the couple gets together. Aom Kanyapak (P'Pun) is very charismatic and her co-workers are very loveable.

The music can get a tad repetitive, but it can only be repeated so much over the course of 56 minutes.

Tropes:
- Heart fluttering bumping into a near-kiss
- complimentary/opposite interests

Just the right balance of cute and relatable "new relationship" awkwardness.

If you love a good coffee shop romance, check this one out. The sound quality and pacing aren't always consistent, but it has its charm.

Admittedly, the acting and the script started out rather dry as the story struggled to pick up. Knowing this is a romance, the "annoying younger sister who makes herself a nuisance for attention" and "put-upon older sister" dynamic between Ava and Pun in the first few episodes didn't appeal to me very much. Thankfully, as the meaning of the series' title became clearer, their personalities grew to be more palatable - much like how, through repeated exposure and a dash of sweetness, even the most bitter of coffee can be enjoyable.

The bite-sized episodes seem to be the perfect length for the style of story they're trying to tell, but that does make the progression of the characters' relationship feel rushed, especially if you want to enjoy the pining before the payout. At least the little casual moments they share leading up to it give us an idea of how their feelings developed and I appreciate the real awkwardness between them as they build up to admitting their feelings. It hit me in a relatable way and I started to like how naturally they interacted with each other. I personally could have done without the "friend sussing out the new relationship" scene right afterward though.

Honestly, I don't think the last three episodes were necessary. They kind of dragged and milked that coffee metaphor for all it was worth, but I'd be lying if I said they aren't a cute bit of extra fluff.

Fraca demais
