MyDramaList talks to Netflix Kdrama Actor Andrew Bishop, who worked alongside late Lee Sun Kyun
Great news for all Nodame Cantabile fans! On January 27th, it was leaked that Group 8 (the company behind Goong, Boys Over Flowers, and Pretty Man) has decided to remake Nodame Cantabile for Korean television! The drama has not found a broadcaster, but that should be easy considering the reputation that Group 8 has.
If you don't know anything about Nodame Cantabile, it was first created as a manga in 2001 by Tomoko Ninomiya. It was EXTREMELY popular with over 26 million copies sold. Later in 2006, Japanese television channel Fuji TV adapted “Nodame Cantabile” into a drama. It starred [size=2]Ueno Juri[/size] as Noda Megumi and [size=2]Tamaki Hiroshi[/size] as Chiaki Shinichi. The following year they also created an anime version of the series, which ended up being incredibly popular. Later in 2009 and 2010, two movies were released continuing the drama story.
