Yoon Shi Yoon ( Prime Minister and I , Flower Boy Next Door) surprised everyone today by starting his military service with no previous press or fan notification. In South Korea, it is mandatory for South Korean adult males to serve at least 2 years in the military.
At 1:50pm (Korean Standard Time) today, the famed actor entered the training center for Pohang Marines. He will receive 7 weeks of training. Afterwards, he will be assigned somewhere else and will be stationed there for the next 2 years.
Yoon Shi Yoon explained why he decided to enlist so secretly through his agency, “Every man goes to the military, and I didn't want to cause any disturbance for the other soldiers. I wanted to perform my national duty quietly.”
