Jeon Jong Seo receives offer to star in the upcoming K-drama "Genie House"
Actor Woo Hyun will be joining the upcoming K-Drama Lies Hidden in My Garden led by Kim Tae Hee and Im Ji Yeon.
On June 8, it was officially confirmed that Woo Hyun will add another K-drama project for 2023. His agency Quantum E&A shared that the actor will also be part of Lies Hidden in My Garden.
Lies Hidden in My Garden will be helmed by director Jung Ji Hyun who also created the popular K-dramas Twenty-Five Twenty-One, You Are My Spring, The King: Eternal Monarch, and Search: WWW.
The story will revolve around two women with different backgrounds who will get entangled because of a mysterious smell in their backyard. It will base its story on the webtoon of the same name by Kim Jin Yeong.
Other casts of the K-drama include Kim Sung Oh, Choi Jae Rim, Cha Sung Je, and Jung Woon Sun.
Woo Hyun will play the role of a security guard for the apartment where Im Ji Yeon's character Choo Sang Eun lives. According to reports, his character will be the scene stealer of the series.
Lies Hidden in My Garden will air its first episode on June 19 and it will be available on Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA Channel.
This will be the fifth K-drama of Woo Hyun for 2023. Early this year, the actor also starred in the series Brain Works, Kokdu: Season of Deity, Decoy: Part 1, and Decoy: Part 2.
Aside from the K-drama projects, Woo Hyun is also set to appear in the upcoming movies Handsome Guys and The Land of Happiness.
