Jin Ki Joo returns to MBC with the upcoming K-drama "Undercover High School"
Im Na Young is set to star in another K-drama this year.
On July 24th, it was announced that Im Na Young will also join the upcoming KBS daily K-drama titled Tumbling Family.
This will be the second upcoming K-drama project of Im Na Young. Aside from Tumbling Family, the idol-turned-actress will also lead the forthcoming K-drama 4 Minutes 44 Seconds together with Yoo Ji Ae, Ham Yeon Ji SHINee's, Onew, Infinite's Lee Sung Yeol, and former G-Friend's Kim So Won.
Last year, Im Na Young also appeared in the series The Witch's Eye and worked alongside Ahn Je Na, MYNAME's Jun.Q, Jung Joon Ho, Jung Ae Yun, and Kim Yae Lim
Im Na Young made her acting debut in 2016. She has starred in several K-dramas such as Entourage, Flower of Evil, Summer Guys, To Me to You, Imitation, and more.
Tumbling Family will be the first time that Im Na Young will star in a daily K-drama.
Tumbling Family is a comic family K-drama that will revolve around a divorced couple who separated 30 years ago out of hate, reuniting once again but this time as in-laws through their children. The chaotic family will settle their overdue conflicts and feuds.
The upcoming daily K-drama will be the next work of director Kim Sung Geun (It's Beautiful Now and The Great King, Sejong) and writer Moon Young Hoon (TV Novel: Dal Soon's Spring).
It will be led by Nam Sang Ji, Lee Do Gyeom, Kang Da Bin, and Lee Hyo Na.
Im Na Young will play the character named Kang Sun Joo. She is the younger sister of Lee Do Gyeom's character Kang Seon Woo. She is an aspiring drama writer who joins writing contests yearly. She is brave and confident and lives away from reality. She is confident that one day she will be known as a great writer.
Tumbling Family will exclusively premiere on KBS 1TV. According to reports, it will premiere in September of this year.
