Actor Ko Chang Seok's next project is the upcoming Disney+ K-drama The Impossible Heir.

On February 14, it was officially confirmed that Ko Chang Seok will be starring in his first-ever Disney+ original K-drama. He will be joining the cast of the upcoming thriller business K-drama The Impossible Heir

This will also be his return to the K-drama world after almost two years. He was last seen in the Netflix original K-drama Glitch

Aside from The Impossible Heir, Ko Chang Seok is also joining the upcoming K-drama A Week Before I Die with Gong Myung, Kim Min Ha, Jung Gun Joo, Oh Woo Ri, and Seo Young Hee.

Ko Chang Seok is also starring in the upcoming movie The Match alongside Lee Byung Hun, Moon Jung Hee, Kim Kang Hoon, Hyun Bong Sik, and more. 

The Impossible Heir will be the next work of director Min Yeon Hong (Insider and Missing: The Other Side) and scriptwriter Choi Won (Miss Butcher and Baby & I). 

It will depict the journey of an illegitimate son of a Korean conglomerate and his ambitious childhood friend in conquering the company to be part of the top of society.

The upcoming K-drama will be led by Lee Jae Wook, UKISS Lee Jun Young, Hong Su Zu, Lee Ji Hoon, and Choi Jin Ho

In the series, Ko Chang Seok will portray the role of Chae Dong Wook. He was the university professor of Lee Jae Wook's character Han Tae Oh. He then became the head of the cooperation center and partnered with Lee Ji Hoon's character Kang Sung Joo who is the second son of the Kang Oh Group. 

The Impossible Heir will air its first episode on February 28 through Disney+. It will have a total of 12 episodes.
