With premiere tvN weekend drama Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun premiering today (September 9th), the production team has unveiled a glimpse of the character Eun Ae Shin Gi.

Eun Ae Shin Gi Eun Seom (Lee Joon Gi), hailed as the hero of the Ago tribe, has spent the past eight years unifying thirty Ago clans. Furthermore, according to legend, Eun Ae Shin Gi's victory over the founder of the Arthdal Alliance, Aramun Haesulla, elevates him to a sacred status. As "Resurrected Eun Ae Shin Gi" begins to spread his wings, the delicate balance between the Ago Union and Arthdal, separated by the Notsan River, appears increasingly strained.

In the released photos, Ago Union warriors and members of the Bato tribe can be seen locked in an intense standoff around a negotiation table. The palpable tension inside the tent leaves us curious about the purpose of their gathering.

Moreover, Shorzagin (Kim Do Hyun) can be seen standing between the two groups. Shorzagin was a stone wall caretaker who once enslaved Eun Seom and forced him into slavery, sharing a complicated history with him. In the ambiguous space, which could be a negotiation ground or a battlefield, Shorzagin calmly voices his thoughts.

In another striking image, "Resurrected Eun Ae Shin Gi" Eun Seom stands proudly before members of another tribe, leaving them in awe.

Adding to the intrigue is Eun Seom's twin brother, Sa Ya (Lee Joon Gi), who dons a Shima cloak and observes the proceedings from a distance.

Of particular interest is the fact that Sa Ya is aware of the existence of his twin brother, while Eun Seom remains oblivious to his twin's presence, setting the stage for an eagerly anticipated meeting. The convergence of the Ago clans, the Bato tribe, and the story of Arthdal's Sa Ya in this setting piques our curiosity about the unfolding events.

Be seated for the premiere of Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun on September 9th at 9:20 PM KST on Disney+ and Hulu.
