The sequel to Concrete UtopiaBadland Hunters, has confirmed its release for January 26 and has unveiled a teaser poster and a trailer.

The film Badland Hunters will take place in the aftermath of Concrete Utopia, which stars Lee Byung Hun, Park Seo Joon, and Park Bo Young as the leads.

It is an action-packed thriller that unfolds the struggle of individuals surviving in a world reduced to ruins where power reigns supreme.

The released teaser poster captures attention, showing hunter Nam San (Ma Dong Seok, aka Don Lee) wielding a weapon in one hand while hunting a colossal crocodile alone. The backdrop of the poster shows a dire scenario with bone-dry ground, collapsed buildings, and a crashed airplane, hinting at the extreme circumstances faced by the characters. 

The text on the poster reads, "The World Has Come To An End, The World Calls Upon The Hunter," piquing curiosity about the obstacles Nam San will face as he embarks on his hunt amidst the rugged wilderness.

The trailer showcases the vast post-apocalyptic world in ruins. Scenes of Nam San fighting a crocodile and people with bare hands, machetes, and rifles, give a glimpse of the high-octane action sequences, fueling thrill and excitement. 

Dr. Yang Gi Soo (Lee Hee Joon), the only doctor who survived the catastrophe, wears an eerie smile while looking somewhere, stirring curiosity about his true identity. 

Images of Nam San's partner in hunting, Choi Ji Wan (Lee Jun Young); the girl who survived the catastrophe, Su Na (Roh Jeong Eui); and Sergeant Eun Ho (Ahn Ji Hye) from a special forces unit, who deals with unidentified opponents alongside Nam San, elevate expectations for the upcoming action-packed blockbuster.

Badland Hunters will premiere worldwide on January 26, exclusively on Netflix. Watch the teaser below
