The Netflix original Japanese drama House of Ninjas has confirmed its release date for February 15.

House of Ninjas follows the story of the last ninja clan, the Tawara family. An incident in the past led the family to abandon its roots, but years later, a huge crisis capable of shaking the nation to its core, forces them to go back to their roots. The trailer begins with a voiceover saying, "The best ninja becomes one with the shadows. No one needs to know we exist. But we defend this country." The trailer shows sword fights and ninjas equipped with an unwavering determination to take down anyone standing in their way.

The next scene shows a ninja holding someone down with a knife on their neck, and the person is begging the ninja to spare their life.

Souichi (Eguchi Yosuke) tells Gaku (Kora Kengo), "A new ninja threat has emerged. We need you back in action," to which Gaku says, "We're just a normal family now."

Souichi asks, "Is your family satisfied being normal? For the sake of your family, it's time to go back to being a ninja."

Not only does Gaku not accept the offer, but he also threatens Souichi saying that he will not put his family in danger again.

A voiceover says, "I believe there's a shadow group... behind the unsolved cases in this country."

Dead bodies are shown lined up, and people are seen struggling against the effects of an unknown toxin. A voiceover says, "The Fuma clan is back."

Another voiceover says, "Let us all unite to cut off the head of this lost country." The following scenes show epic old-school sword fights and ninjas clashing as chaos unfolds.

As the trailer comes close to a conclusion, Gaku asserts, "We're normal. Our whole family is... normal."
