The movie Dream took the top spot at the box office on its opening day. According to the Korean Film Council's integrated computer network for movie tickets, Dream attracted an impressive number of 93,417 viewers on its first day, making it the highest-grossing movie at the box office.

This is the first time a Korean movie has dominated the daily box office since the release of The Devil's Deal - directed by Lee Won Tae and starring Jo Jin Woong and Lee Sung Min - premiered 50 days ago.

Helmed by Lee Byung Hun and based on the true story of South Korea's first appearance in the homeless world cup held in Brazil in 2010, Dream is a story about a soccer team of novice players competing in an annual international soccer event of the Homeless World Cup. And leading the team is Yoon Hong Dae (Park Seo Joon) - a professional soccer player appointed as the team's coach on disciplinary probation after causing trouble in an unexpected incident.

Co-staring with Park Seo Joon in the comedy movie is the Music Queen of South Korea IU. She will be seen as Lee So Min - an aspiring producing director who wants to take a quantum leap in her career by making a documentary about Hong Dae’s team. Other cast members include Kim Jong SooKo Chang SeokJung Seung Kil, and Lee Hyun Woo, among others.
