WANTED: ANY INFO ON THESE 2 HONG KONG ACTORS....JIM JAMES AND ALEXANDER AKA ALEXANDER GRAND.
For years I have tried to find out information on these 2 men who were either American or European and have gotten nowhere. I have contacted Hong Kong film societies, Hong Kong directors and filmmakers, I even spoke to Godfrey Ho who actually worked with them but he was unable to recall much.
Although not from Asia, both these men had very long careers in many very popular Hong Kong films, almost always playing the Western villian or international police agent.
Both men started in Bruce Lee films, Alexander in the Chinese Connection, and James in Return of the Dragon. They worked for over 20 years, and were in countless films including Shaw Brothers, Raymond Chow, Godfrey Ho, Pal Ming, etc.
In fact, I know of no other American/ European actors who worked in as many Asian films as these guys.
Yet no one seems to have any records of them or who they were.
If anybody knows where they were from, any details about them, please share or message me.
