Cant Remember this drama that i watched need help

I remember that it has to do with martial arts, and the place takes place in a city area. The delivery driver, who is a guy, ends up going to the school to learn kung fu. I remember his master trying different ways to get him his inner chi by electrocuting him, which didn't work, and then putting him in the freezer, which they thought didn't work but it did.  His name was Guo Jing. His master is also week and has been fighting this bug inside him.
