Help me Identifying This Movie

I watched this chinese movie few years ago and have vague memory. there was a guy who was studying in UK and then he came back to china and he was shopping/walking with main girl in bazaar's full of peoples. After sometime girl also went to UK after him and she had a english test in front of professors. any idea? Thanks
