subbing pages

Hi guys ,

I was wondering why there r very few subber 4 Chinese dramas unlike other ( Japan -Korean- Thai ) , in THAI dramas I noticed that there r known subber although they r few but the do there best , is there any pages which are active in subbing Chinese dramas or even users ?????
