Help me find name of Cdrama

So the female lead and male lead are neighbours. just about time to write gaokao. the female lead studies and joins medical college for male lead although she has fear of blood. then lot of things happen, they get together. Male lead goes somewhere, has an accident. female lead becomes doctor. then one day she checks one patient and it turns out be male lead.
