Nun and the pills

Did nun have a condition? like why he takes the pills he takes if that makes sense.

Depression probably. In the last episode Non's mum says "Now I understand why Non took so many pills".

It's incredible that even knowing that their child was so sick, they were so hard on him. What a horrible parents Non and New had.
