I am sure everyone will have their own take on this question. You can see how the female lead in the drama want to live her life happily and as soon as FL gets to know she will die in 100 days. She starts to regret that she wasn't able to live her life happily, she wanted to do many more things. But what do you think about your own life? Do you regret how you are living now? Do you regret any decision you have made? What if you were in her place, then what would you do? I know if anyone else would be in place of her, everyone will want to spent their rest of time happily with their loved ones, reminiscing their best memories but why do we always realise these things when we are short of time and otherwise we take things for granted? This drama somehow teach us how we shouldn't leave things for later on and live in the present and how love can change us for the good. Everything around us, the people we are surrounded by matter much more than money. Money is necessary for the survival but the way we feel with our family, friends, partner, animals, kids can't be purchased by money. Even their smallest effort to make you smile can be imprinted in your heart forever.
