Help finding drama title

Hi!

I came across this drama edit on Youtube and I cannot seem to find the drama title. The description says "love & jealousy" but I tried searching using that title and nothing matches it. 

If anyone can help me find the drama title to this YT edit? Based on the different clips, it seems like this could be either a Chinese or Japanese drama but it's hard to tell for me since their characters are similar.
