It feels like every possible story is already a drama. But is there some story, maybe from a manga or anime or good book, that still isn't a drama, yet you still would love to see it? For me, there are few plots i would love to see: from a manga called Kaichou Wa Maid-sama (strict student council president works at made café, but tries to hide it from every one. popular usui takumi finds out and their love is starting to grow) manga called Hiyokoi (Hiyori, a small and timid girl, goes to school for the first time in a year since an accident left her hospitalized. at the first day she meets Hirose Yuushin, her future crush and 190 cm long guy) a book series called The Mortal Instruments (google it :D) so is there some story you would like to see in asian drama? or movie? and please tell the main plot :)
Personally I would still like to see the Forbidden Game trilogy brought to life, & after pondering over this question, I think a 16-20smth ep K-series could possibly do it justice..

"It all started with a board game. But what was supposed to be an evening of friends, fun, and games, becomes a night of danger, drama, and obsessive love. Because when Jenny and her friends try to play the Game, it comes to life.

Suddenly they are in a dark world where Julian, the gorgeous guy who sold Jenny the game, rules as Prince of the Shadows. Julian is in charge, making their darkest nightmares reality. And he will do anything to claim the beautiful Jenny as his prize.

The Game is real, and these friends must play through - and the only way to win is to face their most secret fears. To lose the Game is to lose your life. And that is only the beginning...
"

or a slightly different angle for a summary / intro..

"To capture the love of Jenny Thorton, Julian-- a visitor from a dark world-- draws Jenny and her friends into forbidden games; the contest for a human soul. The prize is Jenny's freedom. The stakes are all of their lives.

Jenny's friends are determined to help her win. But Julian is the master of the Game. Jenny's most desperate fight will be with him, this eerily handsome boy with electric blue eyes. He knows her deepest secrets, her darkest fears. He has almost infinite power. And the only thing he wants is for Jenny to surrender to him-- body and soul."

The first link is the Wikipedia pg & here it is on Amazon (newest edition) with many reviews worth reading, particularly the one by RM Fisher, titled with a quote from the story's end: "I am my only master"; & more can be found posted on the older edition too.

Also the Dark Visions trilogy by the same author..

"Kaitlyn Fairchild has always felt like an outsider in her small hometown. Her haunting eyes and prophetic drawings have earned her a reputation as a witch. But Kait's not a witch: She's a psychic.

Tired of being shunned, Kait accepts an invitation to attend the Zetes Institute, where she can have a fresh start and study with other psychic teens. Learning to hone her abilities with four other gifted students, Kait discovers the intensity of her power -- and the joy of having true friends.

But those friendships quickly become complicated when Kait finds herself torn between two irresistible guys. Rob is kind and athletic, and heals people with his good energy. Gabriel is aggressive and mysterious, a telepath concealing his true nature as a psychic vampire, feeding off of others' life energy.

Together, Rob and Gabriel's opposing forces threaten the group's stability. Then one of the experiments traps the five teens in a psychic link. A link that threatens their sanity and their lives. And Kaitlyn must decide whom to trust... and whom to love.
