On your main watch list (plan to watch, completed, currently watching, etc.)?  No, except to sort in various ways (as far as I know).

You can, however, make custom lists and order them in whatever way you want and edit at will.  Maybe try that?  On your profile, click the list tab, and then "create a new list".
