A Question About The Chairman

For those of you who've read the manga, is the chairman the ML's father?? I've watched this drama so many times and to this day I can't say for certain either way. I assume the answer would be clear in the manga.

No the Chairman is not the ML father, he is probably acquaintance with his father considering they both in the hotel business.
