I'm not sure if this counts as a disability but one of the main leads in White Christmas has a neurological thing that affects his emotions.

Those are the only two I can think of that haven't already been said.

I second "Falling For Innocence" ~ There's also "Cain and Abel" where one male lead has an illness (won't spoil it) and the other was born three? months premature; and one of the lead females has heart problems.
