If more than one suggestion has been given on the same issue. So the original poster must have the ability to transfer votes to one of them. Which can solve the issue of division of votes and frozen/closed votes. So that the votes which are null and void due to voting closure/freeze/division can be added at one place. And it is better to use the vote properly rather than wasting it.
the efficiency of vote transfer should depend on whether the votes will be transferred on similar suggestions. For this, the moderator should keep an eye on whether the votes are being transferred to the same suggestion, just as before updating any data, the moderator verifies it. Or the moderator himself should do this without the involvement of the original poster.
