Cannot open my friend's review

My friend made a review for a drama few hours ago but when she tried to check the comments for it, it said page not found. I'm assuming that it got deleted and I wanted to ask if there's any way to know why we cannot view the review.

Was it deleted by a staff? She didn't delete it
