Squid Game The Challenge deleted?

I was looking for the squid game challenge series on MDL to update my watched episodes, but I saw that it was completely deleted off this site. I’m wondering why it happened considering, from my understanding, it DOES fall under the guidelines of the MDL rules for show submissions.

It's a British show, in English, and it doesn't seem to be a co-production with any MDL-accepted country, so it doesn't belong here :)
