Issues regarding fake ratings and reviews

There's an issue that a lot of us have been noticing, especially in these last 2-3 months.  Apparently, lots of spam accounts have been downrating and posting fake reviews on dramas that have not aired yet or are in currently airing list.

There are lots of fake reviews being posted in the drama pages with 'completed' status when the dramas have just started airing. People are creating spam accounts to write hate comments on actors/actress and downrate their works intentionally, to vent their hate.

So this is a sincere request. Is it possible to have the review and rating system of overall drama closed until the drama has completed airing.

A lots of us international fans rely on this website for ratings and reviews of dramas. So these manipulated ratings are very unhelpful for us. So could please take action, in order to ensure better reviews and ratings by closing the review and rating system until complete airing of all episodes in every drama.

Just replying to show my support for this as well. It's annoying to see certain dramas constantly reviewed and rating bombed just because people don't like a certain actor or whatever (or the opposite).

Aayushblink04's suggestion of allowing ratings and reviews when the drama is 2/3 done airing is perfectly reasonable I think. 

MDL should hide the ratings until the drama end. Otherwise haters can easily target the drama and bring down the ratings. And it should stop the review section until all the episodes are out.

And I believe there is something wrong with ratings of Sword And Fairy (By Xukai and Esther Yu). Overall rating is 7.7 which is lower than the "Currently watching rating" and "Verified stars rating". And the drama hasn't ended yet. But some percentage of  rating by "completed" viewers were seen which was low.

MDL should fix this.

all the comments and reviews are positive but ratings are very bad and stuck for several days ...

Reviews don't impact the rating directly, and we have measures in place to combat fake ratings. While we're in the process of developing a solution for ongoing reviews, it's still a work in progress. Restricting users from reviewing ongoing shows could potentially disrupt the experience for long-running dramas, as users might forget to review them after they finish.

There is definitely a bug that you have to fix. Overall rating is 7.7 which is low compared to the other indicator. We didn't see this problem with other dramas.

So is there any possible way to prevent these fake ratings or report them. Cause we don't even know who gives these fake ratings. So we can't even point out  spam accounts that are being created just to lower the ratings.

We have systems in place to address fake ratings, both for ratings of 1 and 10, and we also have measures in place for new accounts. The main issue we observe is a lack of ratings, especially for newer shows.

SAF 4 has verified rating 7.5 but total rating is 7.8 ....how can it be justified , there is definitely a problem going on this page ...

There's a flaw on mdl that let people rate drama ahead of drama completion, this can be abuse by haters of new dramas to bring down their rating.
