Stuck with my Previous Profile Picture

I changed my profile picture a few weeks back but the picture on the top right corner on my browser is stuck as my old picture! The picture is correct in every other place (my profile page, comments etc).

This "issue" has been going on for a long time if I remember correctly, but usually it would fix itself after a short while (perhaps a few hours or days at most). It's been way too long and I thought I should report it in case it's not a known issue.
