I can't change my DP

I've been trying for month now to change my DP to this

 

I've tried different sizes and lower qualities but it just doesn't work. Everytime it takes too long and I think maybe next time it'll work.

I don't know what's wrong. There were times I thought it might be my connection but I'm still able to upload photos in other sites! 

Help me please.

Yes I really tried everything and other pictures. It just doesn't change. 

I just did and it worked. Thank you guys and sorry for the troubles. ^^
