Guests Episodes for Long Running Variety Show

So me and some users were adding guests to a variety show that started at mid 90s and still running to this date. The MDL guidelines stated that we have to insert episodes number for guests, but I am not able to find how many episodes had been broadcasted (basically could not find number of episodes before the year 2000).

Is it okay to just put the dates of broadcast? If so, what kind of format is preferred? Thanks in advance

Yes, when there is no specific episode number, then you can add the date of when the episode aired in the brackets, like such
