Counting watch time hours by language or country, and for current year

Is there a way for me to find my watch time hours by country or language? I want to track this in order to see my learning progress of said languages and correlate it to how much I am watching them. If not can I request this as a feature?

Also where can I find 2022 current stats?

At this moment such feature isn't available in mdl. You can request it in the Suggestions section.

As for stats, as to my knowledge it only updates at the end if each year.
