[BUG] Unable to refuse friend requests from users no longer on MDL

Hi!

Non critical issue: I have someone who sent me a friend request, but then deleted their account/were banned. It's now impossible to either refuse or accept said request, it stays on the list and returns "Resource not found" as error.

Follow up: same thing is happening in friends list. I can't unfriend users who no longer have accounts on MDL.
