Creating Personality Quiz not working

So I was trying to make a personality quiz(Well, it's actually a story), but all the results are showing up as the same thing, even though I have it set as different things. So for example you have the options for weapons: lamp or kitchen knife. And when you click them it's supposed to go to the different results. But all the results are Shot by intruder which I don't want! I tried updating it lots and stuff but it won't work. Please help!
