the only things ive noticed is that the tv version has some advertisements in between, like endorsements etc, and they cut the opening and ending credits, and it looks like there's a difference between the way they cut it...i didn't really pay attention at first until I clicked on the TV of episode 10 when I had been watching the DVD version, honestly it's not that big of a difference, but it's totally personally preference. if you're used to the DVD version (opening and ending credits + no ads) then choose that one but if you're someone who's used to the TV version (ads and stuff) and you prefer to skip the opening and ending credits, go with the TV.
