QUEEN OF IDIOCY AND HER BIGGEST SIMP.

A show that looked quite interesting and engaging from its trailer and previews only to end up as a total dud. The episodes get boring with each case and rarely are moments of anything exciting. It is draggy and even gets annoying sometimes especially the entire relationshit arc between the leads.

One of the most dumbest female leads to ever exist. I still don't know how she even managed to become a lawyer. From the previews it looked like she will be one strong willed and badass lady but all you get is an idiotic damsel in distress who just keeps putting herself into dangerous situations, only to be rescued by ML. In almost very ep, she just keep crying and lamenting.

Kang Ki Young finally getting a lead role but just the wrong show. His character is a huge doormat of a simp who just cannot move on from a lady who dumped him to marry someone richer and influential. The entire past love arc was pure crap and would have been better if not kept in the show. Dude keeps on getting hurt by FL's decisions and keeps coming back wiggling his tail.
There is no chemistry between the leads and neither is any character progression. I would say the relation arc between Sara and her ex husband was way better than the ex boyfriend turned coworker dude.

I would say the antagonists were way better than the leads and at some parts I even wanted them to win be it the ex husband or his mother. They did really well with their part.
If you are looking for some exciting law and thriller stuff, this show ain't worth your time.

Starts good but goes for a free fall in the end

Started good and strong but went straight down hill in the last episode. Till E5 she was just one greedy woman who wanted to earn lots of money but in the last ep they turned her into a cheating woman too who blames and gaslights ML for her sleeping with the ex bf. Instead of talking with her husband for lack of intimacy she cheats on him and then calls him out for not being good enough. ML suffered the entire show for her greed and all he gets in the end is this. The best ending would have been them moving on separately but NO they just get back together like nothing. Ruined the entire show and character for me.

A Rundown and Ruined version of Webtoon that ain't worth your time

When the show was announced I was looking forward to it as I liked the webtoon which showed a relatable and painful side to the end of a relationship between a couple who had been together for a long while.

I had high expectations from the show but what what I get is a pathetic shitshow between a cold woman who enjoys gaslighting her pathetic, crying and no self respect of an ex-bf. The show will make you hate the guts out of leads especially FL and makes you want to slap some sense into the doormat of an ML who all he does is begging for a second chance. The show keeps on dragging and suffering with each episode. They changed many things from webtoon and only to make things worse.

I would say the side couples are way more interesting then the leads as atleast they have some progression while for the leads there is nothing......no story progression, no character development, dragged misunderstandings, FL being a total bitch to ML and all he does is get drunk and cry in front of her only to get rejected by her again and again.

The show ruined the entire depth behind FL's character and her decisions. The woman I rooted for so much in the webtoon became the most disliked and toxic FL who deserves to be alone .

Do yourself a favor, ignore this suffering of a show and just read the webtoon

Leads chemistry is the only strong point of the show.

The drama is a mix of many cliche tropes summed together but the story and its pace has been quite good so far. The drama as every other romantic C-drama has SML and SFL who are gonna try to separate the leads but get rejected and like every other drama they aren't the type to hear NO so will continue with their shit till the end.

There are moments where the story felt a little dud but the sizzling chemistry of leads make up for it. Lu Yang Yang has improved a lot when it comes to her acting over the years while Zhao Zhi Wei is one good actor who can pull of both positive and negative roles well. Both the leads have strong chemistry and don't really hold back in showing it off.

I still think the drama could have been done in 24 or less as the last few eps will be quite draggy with the confrontations, cliche breakup and stuff. The ending is done fairytale, even the antagonists who have commit crimes and done shitloads of bad shit are easily forgiven and let go without any legal issue so it was quite crappy to watch.

It is a one time watch, if you are fan of the actors otherwise it can be ignored.

Started good but went down hill by the end

S2 was kind of a letdown. The ending felt rushed and looked like after all the shit that happened they just wanted to give a happy ending and be done with it.

FL is still the same, living with the same confused mindset of feeling indebted to ML till the end and will probably remain like that forever cuz that just who she is and ML he just can't move on from her no matter how many time she crushes his heart.

The love triangle was pure crap and added nothing to the story or character arcs . SML was of no use just dragged the story and nothing else.

Till the last 15 min they are the same with neither of them finding any closure and suddenly out of nowhere he follows her to airport and she accepts him. There was zero character development for both the leads till the end.

For me the ending would have been better had she left alone and found the closure she is looking for while him moving on too, accepting the reality that they both just won't fit together. Maybe seeing each other a few years later from afar happy with their own lives.

This entire fairytale dancing ending crap didn't fit the story

How to ruin a really good show in last 4 episodes

I will keep it simple and short , the show started good, continued even better but coming near the end went straight downhill.
The entire character of FL was ruined at made folks hate her even more than SFL.
Looks like the writers did avoid the cheating trope in the original but still managed to ruin the female lead's character.

The actors did justice to their roles be it the leads or the side characters, who didn't do justice were the writers who could have done a way better job with the ending .
This show could have been an extremely good love story about two mature people but went quite an opposite way ruining the mood. Still better then the original Japanese version which was even way worse.

The drama is just like every other cliche romance between exes dramas

The show doesn't bring something entirely new or out of the box story but the same romance brewing between exes. The chemistry between the leads is somewhat good and the only thing that keeps you going otherwise the story ain't that interesting.

You may find FL not likeable till half of the show as she is cold and full of pride while ML starts as a hardened dude who still hates FL for dumping him years back but 5-6 eps later is doing everything to get her back. No matter how much she pushes him away or is cold to him, dude without any self respect just keeps trying to stick to her and finally wins her over.

During their entire relationship arc it always looked like ML was always the one putting more effort than FL. Both of them did have a strong bond full of trust, respect and love. Misunderstandings were cleared soon and not many useless arguments take place.

All of the cast did well with the characters they played, be it the leads or side characters.

Why fear when you have your family by your side

A good uplifting drama that shows no matter how tough the life may get, no matter how hard or how many times you fall, get up again and strive forward. A show that tells you even if the world is against you, as long as you have your family by your side don't be afraid and face it head on.

Cheng Anxin a girl whose dreams are shattered when she loses both her legs, the effect is not just on her professional but personal life too. Even at her lowest when she has given up on herself, her mother steps in and helps her get back on her feet ( well prosthetic limbs) and in the process both of them heal and the bond becomes even stronger.

Ruo Hua a girl with a broken relationship with her controlling mother who still is recovering from her son's death doing everything to become independent and get away from her. Her and her mother's relationship arc goes through many trials and complexities and in the process many scars emerge and heal, some new relations are formed while some are broken.

The cast have done a phenomenal job in showing the emotions people goes through when facing harsh realities and how they react to such situations. The complex relationships between mother and daughters are shown quite well. Overall the show is a good healing drama.

Jeong Seo is the main highlight of this movie.

The action was damn good and Jong seo nailed it. It isn't some extraordinary storyline just a raw revenge story with gore and satisfying ending to all the assholes. The story was fast paced without much drag and after every few minutes someone was dying . I liked it how they just killed off the drug lord in an instant even if he was the main boss of the syndicate without dragging it (he was right in front of her , she shot him........BOOM!! he is dead).

Kim Ji hoon as a BDSM addict psychopath did a good job too, you do end up hating him as much as you liked him in MHK.

The only problem I have was the camera cuts in some fights were too shaky and fast. Rest its a good one time watch action movie.

Sometimes Humans are more dangerous than the Monsters

No Spoilers:

They certainly pushed the story, action and thrill up a notch as compared to S1 followed by a lot of heartbreaks and pain.
No one knows who will make it till the end and chances are your beloved characters might just die or have a fate worse than that.
S2 proved that Humans and its greed can be far more dangerous, inhumane and ruthless than those monsters.
The story and acting was phenomenal, as they did manage to show all the emotions and decisions that a human can make in those drastic situations. I would say i ended up hating the humans in the show even more as compared to the blood thirsty monsters.
Both the budget and production value has increased and it shows in the series too. Eagerly waiting for S3 and the final showdown.

This relatable show does hit the spot

Finally a show that deals with some topics and problems that many people do face in quite a fun way. It isn't everyday that you see a K drama that isn't some cliche romance melodrama but more than that a show that boldly sheds lights on the intimacy problems faced by many couples. It is lighthearted, spicy, humorous and quite relatable too.

Ahn Hee yeon as a sexually frustrated girl whose boyfriend just can't make her orgasm and Bae Woo Hee as one bold and extroverted girl who isn't looking for relationships but just casual fun nailed their roles. The male leads and the supporting cast too did well with their characters.

It is a really good watch and worth your time if you are looking for something different than the normal romance dramas. Also don't watch it with family.

A cute cliche love story between a cupid and a human.

The story is just another fluffy romance and won't bring anything new that hasn't been seen before and will end the same way too. There is a past life trope and some serial killer stuff added to make it somewhat interesting. The cast be it the leads or side characters have done well.

Jang Dong Yoon as a handsome cupid was a very good choice as he has the looks and charms to portray one. ML's nature is quite the opposite of FL and their combo is fun to watch.

I would say the most annoying character in the show has to be the SML. Dude is a cop who is given the task to catch a serial killer but spends most of the time trying to separate the leads. He is extremely nosy, delusional and irritating. Be it breaking into ML's house to get info about his past or asking FL to stay away from ML, he has done everything that makes you hate him and question how could this dude be a cop. He gets on your nerves even more than the serial killer.

The chemistry between the leads is good. It isn't too strong or sensual but more like calm and sweet. I was skeptical when Nana was casted as just before this show I saw "The Masked Girl" and Nana was on fire in that one as her role of one scarred, crazy and fiery woman. So going from that to her role, I wasn't sure if she will be able to pull off one sweet simple girl role in this show but she sure did justice to her character. He character is cringey and idiotic sometimes but that is countered and overpowered by her straight forwardness and stay true to heart nature. Since the first ep, she goes openly for ML and isn't even slightly wavered by anyone else which I really enjoyed.

It is a good show, more like a one time watch which sometimes get draggy but still enjoyable.

A well adapted Live action of a beautiful love story.

This live action movie surely surprised me on how good it was. Having read the manga and watched the anime I didn't really expect that they could pull this off with the same level of chemistry between the leads but they did.

Ren Meguro / Mio Imada were a damn good casting for the roles. Both of them look really good together. Having watched this movie and the "Trillion Game" drama, I was in quite an awe of their chemistry as their characters were extremely different in the movie and the show yet they nailed both.

The movie was well executed, though felt rushed during the second half which was quite expected as they had to show a big story arc in a single movie. Had this been a show with episodes, it would have been pure gold as it would give plenty of time to show the entire arc and character developments.

The visual FX were satisfactory. I really wanted to see how they will show Kiyoka Kudo rampaging through the house destroying everything and everyone who was trying to stop him from saving his beloved fiance. They surely didn't disappoint in that. The cinematography too was quite eye catching and matched well with the vibe of the story.

Overall it was a good movie with a well suited cast and a sweet storyline. Kiyoka Kudo and Mio Saimori are one of my all time fav couples and it was nice to see their characters being pulled off so beautifully.

A wholesome sometimes chaotic drama that shows the values of having family and friends

A good wholesome heartwarming story that shows you can withstand everything when your family is by your side.
A girl who loses everything in an instant unwillingly goes back to her hometown and slowly gains back her confidence and rises up again to face the world. In the process old scars are healed, broken relationships are fixed, the love that was once lost blooms up again.

Shin Hye Sun nails it again just like she has done in every drama she has starred in. Be it portraying a strong and ambitious photographer Eun Hye or the girl behind that strong persona who is just trying to run away from her painful past. She manages to show all the emotions spot on.

Ji Chang Wook is one hell of a versatile actor. From portraying a monstrous grey character in "The Worst Of Evil" to the sweet yet chaotic guy next door in this show, he shines brightly. Him as Yong Pil is one big green flag of a guy who is always there for his loved ones and is ready to sacrifice anytime for their happiness.

The chemistry between the leads as two childhood sweethearts turned ex is amazing. Be it their childish banter or making up for regrets, everything is done beautifully. It isn't just the leads but also the side characters that make it even more fun to watch. Each and every character is placed well in the story and are quite enjoyable to watch.

The show has plenty of cute, funny, chaotic, emotional and uplifting moments making it a really good watch and worth your time.

Dumb witted boy meets his feisty childhood crush again and both help each other in facing the world.

This funny sometimes chaotic show set in a small town is one nice ride with many heartwarming moments. A countryside bumpkin ML who has given up on his dream and is living a life with no goals ahead meets his child hood friend after years.

ML is kinda dumb witted and sometimes irritatingly childish but someone with a pure heart. He has some self esteem issues and rarely stands up for himself even being a doormat to his Ssireum buddies. Then there is FL a strong willed undercover cop with a sad and broken past returns to her hometown to catch a killer.
Both the leads meet and many hidden feelings emerge again.

The show has many genres mixed in it making it kind of a mess sometimes. It isn't too strong on romance but more on sports, crime and healing tropes. The leads and their friends help heal each other and in the process many bonds that were broken before strengthen.

So if you are looking for some good lowkey sports -romance show, this is a good one time watch.
