This time line happened after five years so both mourn the death of Mu Ze ! Twist in the story! Trying to change the destiny of person . They is alway a double effect

Twist in the drama is both of the lead of 2022 died one died in hit and run case and other was murder by one of his client so we are left with ML & FL of 2021 . Our poor FL of 2021 come to know her ML of 2022 was murder so she get depressed lock herself up her house, the ML 2021 start to fall in love with the FL of 2021 she refused him by saying you both look the same in appearance but in personality wise you are very different from him. ML get worried about her since she doesn’t want to eat , so he decided to visit her grandmother and tell her what happened to FL , her grandmother accompany him to city FL was surprise when she hear her grandmom voice at her door so she open the door and greet her grandmom ( on side note) her grandmother liked the of ML 2021 , FL promise her grandmom that she will take good care of herself. The video recording of ML of 2021 tell her to take care etc …. In begining of 2022 they win the court case and they were in the TV interview they celebrate the new year of 2022 together with their friends , later the ML propose to the FL to Marry and she say YES so it is a Happy ending. Wow ?, what a twist , never expect it will end this way.

The story begin with our poor Shi Chi , she undertake a comission to do a private painting , never she expected her life will be turned up side down . When she awake up in the general mansion she undergo a complete face change! She become hysterical saying she is not she is and run screaming. Later in the night , when he remove her viel she recognize the general who saved her fews year ago , in turn she saved him by the wolves since he was injured and she drag the sledge, saying general look at the fireflies . So the twist of the story is that her older sister was the one who underwent a face change many year ago , don’t why she did . The girl she thought was her sister was the prime minister daughter . The prime minister daughter killed the Magician, because he can’t reserve the procedure . Even thought it was a lowbudget drama with B grade actor! I enjoyed the drama with few hot romantic screen, action and melodrama . In the end she give birth to a baby boy and they named him Fu bao. Sadly her elder sister & King Ning died .

She had to step up and play the game against them since she was the empress but she became a weak depressed woman. It is fun to watch how she make the cold hearted professor to fall in love ?. Anyway it is a light comedy romantic drama had an Happy ending ! Love, trustworthy and patriotic drama, note it is not a propaganda

I watch this drama now 2024 .
The ML is the sparrow code name 23 undercover communist spy . He works for the puppet government under the Japanese. His jobs is to remove anti-Japanese fighter that on the surface. His main mission is to recover the code from the puppet government which could destroy china.
The ML friend is the leader of organization he work for. Chen shen saved him during the sino Japanese war , since then his boss consider him as a blood brother. The boss wife treat him as their family member.

The FL is Chen shen EX boyfriend and her former teacher. She work for the nationalist party KMT , she and her husband joined the organization. Their main mission is to get top secret and assassinate the traitor who work for the Japanese including ML boss , ML and FL uncle who is the top boss.

The second FL is Lin Xiao nan she love the ML Chen shen, he doesn't love her he consider her has his friend. On the surface she work as extra heroine in the film company later in the drama it reveal she is the doctor code name and Chen shen handlar. Later in the drama she get caught and her code name is doctor a Communist spy.

Her role is very annoying chasing after Chen shen asking him to be her boyfriend. Telling everyone one that he is her boyfriend. Mind you men doesn't like to be controlled. She even forbid him to talk to other women. They was one scene where she catch him and drag him out , he said to her you can't hold the sand similarly you can't force a man to like you.

Don't know why woman can steep so low, she even know that Chen shen doesn't love her because Chen shen gave his heart to Xu Bi Cheng. She keeps on forcing him to marry her.

Second FL also fall in love with the FL, he also know that the FL loved Chen shen alot she is willing to sacrifice her life to save the ML.
The second male lead get caught and he died.

The main Villian is Sun Xian ming he is jealous of Chen shen because Lin Xiao nan love Chen shen, he try many times to kill him by setting up traps and to prove to his supervisor than Chen shen is the sparrow. He is psychopath and he use extreme way to torture the political prisoner. In the end he also died a terrible death.

In the end Chen shen was able to retrieve the Japanese military code , his boss come to know that he is the sparrow and shot him at point blank range, his boss wife try to save Chen shen. He managed to escape but was followed by the FL uncle and he was blocked and was unable to escape. In the end Xu Bi Cheng help Chen shen to escape, Chen shen fake his death making the enemy think that he died. Xu Bi Cheng was saved by Mr Dao her compatriot, she think that Chen shen died in the explosion.

Xu Bi Cheng change side she became a Communist spy under cover she remain in Shanghai. Only few people know about it. Lesser people knew about her mission .

The drama fast forward after Japanese was defeated , Chen shen return to Shanghai and start to recruit new communist spy . She resemblance her sister in law. In the end Xu Bi Cheng saved Chen shen again.

The drama is light, romantic ? & funny , the main leads and as well as the supporting actor did a wonderful job ! The romantic scene is so sweet & the kiss scene oh my it wasn’t like just a light speck on their lips, it was so intense . So the story begin like he Duan Yucheng a senior high school student good at study as well as sport 100 m and 800 m but his main interest is high jump discipline because of Stefan Holm swedish high jumper was his inspirational role model because of this height it was a set back, but he never gave up his dream . He finally won a gold medal for china in the international grandprix melrose competition with help of Luo Na father who is coaching him abroad. Meanwhile She Luo Na is a assistent coach of Nanhu University’s track and field team who discovers Duan Yucheng, a sunny young boy with great potential and a deep love for the sport of the high jump.
Duan YuCheng was interested in her from the begining final year of his school but Luo Na was not interested because it was like forbidden love . Coach & student No No plus like age difference absolutely No . Well it like 8 year different. Everyone know age is just number . Isn’t it . In the end of the drama due to controversy he got kick out from china national team but with the help of Luo Na father help he trained Duan Yu Cheng abroad, he complete in Grandprix competition where he won gold his favorite disciplin high jump i think he clear over 2,6 m and he won ?. Luo Na father & mother give their blessing, he return to China ?? suprise her suprise wedding , they got married with help of their friend & team mate. Wang our head coach was the one which preside their wedding .

Good drama ? don’t be bias with your bias review

I decided to watch this drama because of the actor & supporting actor The ML is from meteor garden , the older ML is from the villian from drama the princess agent. The old pyscho The supporting actor is from story of min lan who play father of Min Lan.
I wouldn’t say the drama is aweful since it isn’t like other high budget drama, few high budget drama was very bad even with great actor & actress. The story start like our FL is fresh graduate i think with interior design with light furniture etc. She get this job via her mom friend who give the phone number to her , she called up and speak to the superior later he ask her to come for the interview, never did she think it is a funeral home.
