It startet out great and...

This review contains a few spoilers.

After watching the first episodes, I was delighted with this drama. I thought I had finally found something interesting and suspenseful until the very end. I couldn't be more wrong. About halfway through the drama, something started to go wrong, and it only got worse from there.

But let's start from the beginning. The main character is framed for being a wanted con man, is detained by the police and ends up in prison, where he awaits the start of his trial. At first, the main character cannot find himself in a new situation, but later he starts fighting for survival. He tries to find out who framed him, and who Big Mouse really is. At this stage, the story is incredibly engaging, and the viewer follows the development with bated breath.

And suddenly... bam!

We are entering a road full of plot holes and we have the impression that the writers wanted to create something original by force, but they ran out of ideas. As a result, instead of a great drama, it turned out to be average at best.

What did I dislike the most?

First, in the first half of the drama, we see the development of the main character. He is no longer a naive young man who is guided by ideals. He begins to understand that in order to survive in the brutal world he finds himself in, he must be smart and stay one step ahead of his opponents. We also see his enemies starting to lose so they get nervous. The fight begins to be balanced, and at times we have the impression that the scales of victory are tipping in favor of our hero.

At the end, it turns out that the whole fight is for nothing and our hero loses, so he finally kills his rival.

I also didn't like the story of the main character's wife. I don't like unhappy endings in this type of drama, so I hate that the writers decided to kill her off. Besides, she was a nurse, she had medical knowledge, I don't understand why she didn't do anything to save herself, or at least try to save herself when she knew that she had been in contact with radioactive water.

Not to mention the many smaller plot holes. Like what happened to the main villain's son in the end? What exactly did the mysterious laboratory do? Why hasn't the true story of the prisoner framed for the serial murders been revealed? Many people write that the ending was unnecessarily rushed. I agree, some threads needed clarification.

All in all, not a drama I would recommend to a friend. On the contrary, I'd say he or she can skip watching this one. And that's what I'm telling you.

Of course, everyone is free to have his or her own opinion but for me it's a miss.
