It had promise but fell short
The story is underdeveloped which made it hard to follow as there wasn't enough depth and wished it had more episodes to finish it off.The actors were great with Ji Yong my favorite as we understand why he is doing it yet the other one (vigilante we don't as I feel it is a bit of fun for him and a thrill. Officer Cho Heon brought it together as he mirrors both worlds and easily blurs the lines between them.
The reporter is honest in her work and does what needs to be done for truth. She is slightly creepy as when she was laughing while being tortured.
The actors needed to be developed more in-depth as feel that they was shallow at times

I hadn't watched the Korean versions
I hadnt watched the original as this isnt usually my taste when it comes to dramas and know it is best to keep it that way. I have regretted watching it as I only came to support win and ended up loving the other actors involved. Win is the ML and yet I felt he had the littlest time on the screen with SL and side characters popping up more then him.I know we all see romance in different perspectives but come on I saw more friendship with me shipping the FL and ML with every other person than each other.
What it taught me about beauty was really the saving point of it as I leant valuable lessons in what beauty is to society and the prison it can create

A mask we wear
This drama has taught me more in 10 episodes than I will ever learn in real lifeDramas have tried to integrate with social issues yet this one has hit the spot. Don't judge a book by its cover as they will be wearing a mask to try to thrive in a deadly environment where only a few can survive
We were shown what happens when you can't reach those expectations from key students from losing a friend to wanting to die as you think it is easy
Everyone needs to watch this masterpiece
A small stone won't do much damage but when it is multiple stones a significant impact can occur

I only came for win but all the actors have marked me with their incredible acting
The storyline was finely written without leaving gaps and usually, I always want backstories to explain how they get there. The reason why I enjoyed this so much is there are few dramas like this so the originality and creativeness is seen

Bromance is so important that is what kept it going. The action scenes were my favourite especially when it was 2 against 100 and yet still won when the opposition was using weapons that I rewatch it many times if I need a pick up. The story was intriguing and kept me glued to the point even my siblings who hate kdrama also watched it as well. It shows what is power exploitation and the lengths these characters will go to. It made me cry at times, especially at 6 but also made me laugh with the 2 cousins who made my day. Was this review helpful to you?
a chance that will dictate the rest of life
The live rivalries were too much for me as if seemed when 1 decided to give up the next came up so seemed like everyone was taking turns. Now the past incident, I found heartwarming as it really captured high school romance and what first love truly is.The acting I felt everyone was a bit over the top when trying to achieve their goals as manipulative behaviour was being used and they had no consequences for them.
I don't quite believe the first rival just giving up as they've known each other for a while and know him quite deeply. The second one is more believable as if makes sense he was going nowhere

A very misleading name
I thought it would be a rom-com by the name which j am not a fan of so avoided it for a while until j got told kt was a medical drama. The romance of the side couple was so awkward to watch with the guy getting rejected several times because of issues stem from money as she was a nurse and he was a doctor. I always wanted da eun to end up with her best friend something j usually hope doesn't happen so was a nice change
The actual drama was understandable and easy for me to follow with no medical knowledge giving me awareness of the many disorders out there and how it can affect individuals of different backgrounds.
The patient that died made me cry as I completely adored him as he was so sweet with da eun it broke my heart when he thought dying was the better option

Simple story executed well
This has shown me what many individuals face everyday folding from war and oppression as they want better opportunities for themselves so they can live comfortably without stress and worryThe ML loh Kiwan story made me cry from the little things in trying to find his place in a foreign land but faced with many barriers such as friends betraying him nowhere to live and get attacked all because he isn't Belgium. The razor story made me cry the most
Marie was someone acting tough but was as broken as loh Kiwan as of her family history and getting pulled into crime to pay her debt and just needed someone to talk to
The love story was well-paced as they healed each other's wounds and found comfort in one another

A smile means a lot
Through this drama, I truly learned a lesson about what looks and beauty means to society. The characters portrayed the part excellently as their personality shone through even when they looked different. Yet it could've been developed better and 6 episodes wasn't enough as it wasn't dissected thoughoughly.Zenko was alone with poor relationships destroying her self-esteem to the point where she wanted to rid herself.
Ayumi finally learned how fortunate she is to have true friends surrounding her and to be liked by others.
Kaga was a total sweetheart that he is my favourite with a bubbly personality who will fight for what he believe in.
koushirou however I felt was the cool silent type that is still manipulative towards others as he more jealous that people preferred kaga

The reporter and his friendship was so sweet as I think she learned the true meaning of a dream and how much someone will do to achieve it
I wish it was longer as I wanted to see them thrive

At the start, it drops you right in the vacation trying to show who can be trusted and who can't giving us free lessons on life through Yo ha who I believe is a complex character from his unfortunate childhood.Go ra is my favourite whose innocence gets warped and twisted with his personality changing from meek and quiet to the one who is planning the elaborate schemes. Everyone uses him for their own purposes even the close friends who have so much memory
The detective is the one friend we all need in life who is independent and wants justice but cares about their close friendship
The middle part from ep 6 was boring with nothing happening and only stayed with it for the actor's sake. I cried with the amount of people who died either by covering up or couldn't continue with life.
This has illustrated don't trust anyone as you will be used like a toy

Because of this, the pacing was slow, and the interaction between the leads felt forced especially the kiss
The FL I disliked her personality as I felt she used a log of people without making herself clear with her intention giving false hope. The side characters of the employees and customers were more interesting to watch as they had more depth
It had a solid storyline that I had no clue what to do with it

Really the one thing I'm glad about is being introduced to win as this was his debut as I love as an actor. But hey this is a review on the drama. The story was boring with nothing happening or too many cliches. It only picked up when wat's friend came to take him so had him at odds with tine but also Mann being involved as well
I hated tine brother to another degree, he doesn't do anything morally wrong but how he went about things with others especially his brother. If you knew they were dating why hide it from them considering you're the third wheel.
This drama has shown me no contact when dating isn't for me as well as showing little to no love questioning whether it is a bl or not

Homerun
Now the ending upset me as I felt like his position should've been the same yet in life it doesn't always work out that way.Now Baek was a difficult individual to socialise with due to his rather blunt and cold personality especially whenever he went against his superiors. I felt like he was positively affected by everyone he had to interact with rubbing off him as you could see the subtle changes. His backstory to how he got where he is a massive factor impacting him in that made me cry.
Se young I didn't enjoy her parts much as at times seemed needy of approval from Jae Hee
The baseballer Kang Ki and Jin Won looked too alike sometimes confusing me on the individual story.
This drama adequately illuminated the power dynamic in a company and how power is used on different levels especially if you have inferiors and superiors. It reminded me of a food chain where one disappears making it collapse.

On the other hand, Jiang Chi felt harsh and cold to everyone but knew what he wanted and had the confidence to go after it. Kinda wished we knew the reason why he switched professions and his family.
Several intimate and close scenes weren't too over the top or exaggerated which I loved as they are opposites in personality
