But, for those who have been huge fans of Korean soap operas, let’s ask yourself, about the reason why you love Korean dramas. Well, you can say that they are entertaining, romantic, containing interesting plot, hard to resist and so forth. Polite

Politeness is a part of Korean culture and it is applied perfectly well among Korean residents, from kids to old folks. In South Korea, it is common to see old couples, who have been married for more than half-the century.  It is represented well in most South Korean dramas, where we can see that love is growing among a woman and a man, who spends most of their time together on their jobs or school days.

Be Yourself

Korean dramas show off cool boys and gorgeous girls. Yes, it is common and this is the main reason, why many girls love to wait for their favorite actors, or want to see the latest fashion outfits from their female characters. But, the best thing about watching Korean dramas is there is no hypocrisy. Most actresses and actors act naturally and they don’t mind to look ugly. If you ever watched “Full House”, you would remember when Han Ji-eun puked on Li Yeong-jae (Rain).

Family Friendly

Korean dramas—most of them—are family-rated. Rare producers or drama writers produce R-rated dramas, because most Korean families love to spend their quality time by watching television. High rating dramas are mostly family-friendly as kids can also watch them.

Of course, there are dramas containing kissing or even sexual scenes. But, they are usually aired in the middle of the night. Anyway, there are some dramas with very subtle kissing scenes, though they are considered very rare. Couples only sit together, holding hands and watching the beauty of sunset. Romantic moments are not always represented by kissing.

So, watching Korean dramas can be very addictive. But, there are lots of things to apply, especially if they are good ones.
