I have never wanted a Kdrama to end so bad.

This has to be the worst Korean drama I have seen so far. The story started off okay but then it majorly flopped. The plot and the romance was at all not convincing, it was just too weak and felt like a child had written it. I just could not sympathize with none of the leads. The worst part they overemphasized the kidnapping case and I did nothing but skip the scene or roll my eyes since I couldn't feel bad for the leads considering the premise of the whole story was so poor. You couldn't really point out an antagonist, I just viewed the brother to be confused. As to the lady who kidnapped them, It would have been better if she was properly introduced and a little story as to who she was and why she did what she did. I hated the leads, it felt like the FL was a robot programmed to be flawless as for the ML he was narcissistic through out the whole drama.

The conflict was resolved in episode 12 which the show should have ended there, all Kdramas should not have to have 16 episodes. I was happy the conflict ended fast because I just could not buy the plot and I wanted the whole drama to end SO BAD. After episode 12, the drama got EXTREMELY boring, boring is an understatement. The only reason I kept watching was because of the supporting characters, I found them quite entertaining and funny, they really carried the show. You would enjoy this drama if you are a sucker for romcoms and do not care about plots. Overall this was a huge disappointment.

Decent Drama.

I decided to watch this because of the high ratings. Unfortunately I expected so much more, nevertheless I don't regret watching this. It had a very weird start and at the very beginning the doctor role was not convincing to me but it got better as time went. It is very realistic and its really about 5 friends living their life. The best thing I liked about the drama are the 5 main leads, I love how unique each of them were.
One can easily get bored while watching this, I found myself being on my phone a lot and skipping a lot of scenes. There were LOTS of characters in this drama and each had a story of their own and it can be tiring getting through everyone's story. I love the little romance definitely added a little bit of fluffiness. This is a good friendship drama which would make you feel every emotion. Im glad I watched and I am looking forward to the second season.

This drama is NOT for everyone!!!

I have read so many bad reviews. If you hate and don't see the beauty of this drama then you are either immature, love cheesy and unrealistic love story or don't like slow dramas which its okay considering everyone has their opinion and preferences. Yes it has its flaws like every other drama. I cannot emphasis enough on how the drama is not for everyone, it is EXTREMELY slow paced and people complain about that. I believe that's how the story was intended to be, with the slow burn we get to see how the connection developed between the characters and it happened so naturally. The Irony is that you would expect the female lead to be mature considering her age but we all know who the real adult in their relationship was.

Jin ah's (FL) mother is a hated character, she did the most to break them apart. For me that made it more realistic because some parents are very traditional, closed minded and want what they think is best for their children, (thus they can go to any extent to see that happen as we also see in the show) I could personally relate to this. If you are looking for something that would uplift your mood then this is not it.

Although I think it would have been better if it had been a movie or a mini series than having 16 episodes, not a huge problem though. Also I enjoyed the ost at first but then it got very repetitive and some scenes really did not match the songs. Nevertheless the songs are very calming (has a little vintage vibe to it) I still play it. It's the first kdrama I have seen with all english ost.

A lot of people complain about the ending but what more could have seriously happened, happy endings are not always guaranteed. After the mother begged for forgiveness, One can say that Jin ah did not need her mothers approval any longer and she can finally be with the person she loves without getting judged. It hurts me that the drama is underrated, it deserves more attention but what can I say the underrated ones are sometimes the best ones. If you hate this drama then it was personally not your cup of tea not that anything was wrong with it. I totally recommend this If you are looking for a very serious, mature and reflecting story. If not please pass rather than coming to degrade a remarkable drama.

Hit or Miss (not for everyone).

After watching the first two episodes and maybe didn't like it then don't bother continuing because the pacing was pretty much the same and nothing major happened in the drama. This is a very well written drama that went in-depth about the characters and also delivered a lot of positive messages. The drama sets a realistic portrayal of love, relationships and everything a healthy relationship should be such as; enforcing boundaries, respect, not losing oneself and communication. The couple ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE!!!!!. The character development is immaculate and they came in so naturally so it may require paying attention to the characters's dialogue to notice their development. As a slice of life the drama really succeeded.

I blinked and they were in love.

I don't even know what to say about this drama other than I have never been so confused in my life. I was lost almost every episode, I thought I was slow but having read many reviews I'm glad I'm not the only one in this train. The writer overcomplicated everything even the simple things. I don't know if I would say the story had potential, but it was definitely a smart idea if only it was executed better. This was my first Woo Do-hwan drama, he really did shine. I laughed and cried all thanks to him and I also found Prime Minister Koo intriguing, I hate what they did to her character at the end.

I didn't like the two leads as a couple, I don't know how and why they began liking each other it was just so rushed and they did not go through any development. Im sick of Lee Min-ho playing the same freaking role (wealthy guy), we know he can pull that off well. At this point I'm beginning to doubt his talent. I hated the way each episode began, as well as the drama's ending. The time travel theme was a disaster and didn't help at all; additionally, the product placements in this drama is ridiculously excessive. Finally there's literally not much of a reason for anyone to watch this so I do not recommend.

I thought this drama was unique, I really liked the concept of using fairy tales to tell the actual story and I loved the relationship of Gang Tae and Mang Tae, we rarely see such dynamics in kdramas. The lead characters did not appeal to me; the male lead seemed a bit too ideal and the female lead's story was far too messy and complicated, I couldn't connect in anywhere. I didn’t like the plot and it felt like I was watching a fantasy drama, some of the things that happened in the drama were just ridiculous and the plot twist did not help in any way. The drama ended with so many unanswered questions. Overall I would recommend because it felt like a new concept of kdrama which I love.

Easy Watch.

Touch Your Heart is a very light and simple (maybe too simple) story. This would totally uplift your mood, I enjoyed the court cases it definitely added a little bit of seriousness to the drama. As for the female lead I couldnt really buy the stalker story I felt like I needed more. I found the acting of Lee Dong wook a little mediocre in this drama especially in scenes with Yoo In na. The female lead was really childish but somehow I didn't find it annoying I rather found her cute. Rewatch value of this drama is high because overall its a really cute and basic romcom. I definitely had fun watching this. I would recommend if you are looking for a cute and straightforward love story.

Just an okay drama.

The first half of the drama was really good but unfortunately it did not keep up with the excitement in the second half, although it was still watchable. I really liked the plot and the pacing of the whole drama felt just right. There is nothing much to say, it's a really refreshing drama. The performances were really good especially from the kids, they really kept me invested through out the drama. To me this is not a romance drama, the closest the leads got were touching noses so do not go in expecting romantic scenes. Overall I don't regret watching this so I would recommend.

Itaewon Class had a very promising start it already got me crying at the first episode. I thought the story was brilliant but unfortunately was not executed so well. What I hated the most was the unrealistic time skips, It was totally OVERUSED and I also hated the romance, this drama did not need a romance to it. Personally I preferred So ah's story more than Yi seo just because I think So ah and Park Sae royi’s relationship goes on a deeper level. For Yi seo her liking him started way too early and all the good she did was literally only in favor of Park Sae royi. If you hate So Ah then you simply don't understand her character, I wish the writer could have reviewed her intentions earlier. The revenge plot was interesting at first although it seemed impossible to destroy Jangga, I was definitely still eager to see how he would go about it but then it started dragging and it became a tiring watch.

The irony is that he did not end up destroying the company but did the latter. I don't know how to feel about that. Kim To ni's story was just so messy like what in the world, next time I see an African in kdrama it should be of a decent role. There was literally little to no character development, the leads had as little chemistry as a mustard seed. I hated how they tried to shove their romance down our throat towards the end. The best thing about this drama is the ost its so good, I still play it. This drama is very different from usual kdramas, it pointed out all the negatives about Korea. Overall it was not too much of a bad watch, if you are gonna watch, watch for Park Seo Joon because he literally carried the show and to me this is his best work (acting wise).

So much potential

This drama had a lot of potential if only it had a better writer. It started off soo good, it was everything I wanted. I thought the leads got comfortable with themselves too early but it was not much of a problem. This drama did not need 16 episodes. It was about time Louie got his memory back but they dragged it for way too long and I just was not interested in the drama as much as I was. It just overall became a tiring watch. What annoyed me the most was Louie's childish acts including physical gestures, I don't know why he had to be portrayed like that but I found it annoying and I could not take him serious. The characters definitely developed but it didn't happen until later on which again this drama did not need 16 episodes. The acting was pretty good and the chemistry between the leads was great they suit each other well, the ost is also pretty good, I still play it. What drew me to this drama was the story again it had so much potential but unfortunately a lot of things would have gone different and overall I had to force myself to finish it.

Not your typical High school drama.

This is not your typical High school drama. The drama started off slow at first but then picked up very quickly. I like this drama because it talked about real life struggles and dreams are indeed expensive. The male lead's actions are not justifiable but you would find yourself rooting for him. He was just really pitiful. I almost stopped watching at episode two, the amount of stress and frustration I felt watching that episode can't be explained. Not one single character was likeable, the female lead has to be one of most annoying characters in all of kdrama history. Her nosy self literally caused everything to go downhill. I would never understand why she was so eager to get involved in the business. I didn't think it was because of the money, I rather thought she took Ji soo's life as a joke.

I hated the fact that Min hee tried to pin everything down on Ji soo. They made her actions look justifiable because she was a minor but no at her age she should know right from wrong and take responsibilities. Matters escalated quickly resulting to a lot happening towards the end. I was engaged in the drama because it had me on the edge of my seat and always had me shocked. The acting was great. Overall I found this drama to be pointless in the sense that it was irrelevant. I liked that it had an open ending and I am not looking forward to a second season. Rewatch value would be 0 if I could. This drama is definitely not for everyone amongst everything it was really gruesome.

Pretty Good.

The drama started off great and I don't think it lost its steam because to me every episode was better than the last. It started off fast paced but there are bigger events to look forward to. I really love the plot and the dynamic between the leads, one day they are lovey dovey and the next they are grabbing throats. As for the brothers I loved the love hate relationship and it eventually led up to a great bromance. Every character was significant and added to the story one way or the other. As for things I did not like, just judging from the title one would expect a huge focus on being a Nine-Tailed Fox and its element but this drama is not that. It felt like them being a Gumiho was just for the background and the story really focuses on the couple. Although I loved the romance some of their scenes together are very cringey to the point where I have to skip. All in all they were cute for the most part lol.

Another complaint is that I hate the trope of always saving and dying for love, emphasis on the leads. It is justifiable as to why Yeon would not hesitate to die for and protect Ji ah considering she sacrificed herself for him in the past. I just feel it got very repetitive, and I could not help but roll my eyes whenever they talk about dying and saving each other. The female lead started off strong but I don't necessarily think she became a damsel in distress because most of the events that happened was out of her control. I just wished the writer didn't put her in so many situations where she couldn't help herself. I wished things would have been explained better there were a few things that were introduced and forgotten midway one being why Ji Ah's parents went to that island, I guess we'll never know.

As for the acting, it was pretty good everyone brought justice to their character. I am particularly impressed by Jo Bo ah, she literally played three characters and each character was complex. Whenever she transforms to Imoogi I get goosebumps, she definitely suits a villain role. As for the Imoogi I was a little worried when Lee Tae ri came into the picture because we are supposed to believe Imoogi is this ruthless and powerful creature and physically I did not think he fits the role but I was proved wrong in the final episodes.

Now a lot of people grew accustomed to Rang and most are pissed as to how they ended his character. I have to say Kim Bum really shined in this drama and no matter how sad I am about his death I could not help but look at things differently. Although his character developed let us not forget all the evil things he did ranging from killing innocent people and waking up the Imoogi for the stupidest reason and that literally started the conflict of the whole drama so I viewed it as him paying for his actions. And also every character was willing to sacrifice themselves at some point so Rang isn't an exception, although it would've been better if he died in a very prestigious and impactful way rather than just disappearing in a tent. All in all I thought his death was very unnecessary but at the same time justifiable. Personally no matter how they ended things with Rang I wished Lee Yeon remained dead (this is coming from someone who loves Yeon, but I'm always up for non-cliches) because it would not be another Kdrama cliche where the second lead have to sacrifice himself for the first lead's happiness. All in all I'm happy he at least got reincarnated and a chance to a better childhood.

As for the final scene I don't even know what to say, I need an explanation! Overall this was a pretty decent drama and I am generally not drawn to fantasy dramas but for some reason I was hooked to this one. They are couple iconic scenes in this and with the way they ended it I definitely think there is still room for more story telling. I really enjoyed watching this drama and I really hope for a second season of course with a more solid writing. The drama has its flaws, I think it could have been better and things could have gone differently but in general it has a lot of good elements so I recommend.

Indeed a Masterpiece.

This was a complex and sophisticated story but it was not hard to understand, I really enjoyed watching this and I'm glad it was not a waste of time. Every episode felt like a movie thus this is not a bingeable show. Mr Sunshine is not for everyone, it's really mature, detailed, slow paced and long. To my surprise I never got bored watching this I was so invested in it. The best thing I like about this drama is the character development as well as the characters. Every character was unique and developed in some way and it was interesting watching their relationships blossom. As for the two leads considering their age gap, they had amazing chemistry. You would feel every emotion while watching this. I cannot necessarily rewatch the whole thing, this is one of those dramas that I love but I can't bear to rewatch. Do I think it needed 24 episodes? no but each episode led up to something thus it was worth the watch.

I was almost going to add this drama to my list of favorite dramas, but then the ending threw me off so bad. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed watching this, I laughed at lot. To be honest, the inmates and side characters' relationships, as well as the character development are the highlights of the drama. The development of the characters is immaculate. Every character was unique and had their own story, and they did a good job incorporating all that.

The biggest problem I have with this drama was that they introduced so many characters which also had a lot of screen time but I guess the writer got lazy to end and finish their stories well. There was no follow up whatsoever. The characters that really grew on me just disappeared mid season. There is nothing really exciting about the male lead, I preferred watching the supporting characters. Overall this was just a decent drama, it would have been better if only it had a more satisfying ending. I would recommend but don't expect much.

All cliches in one drama but still a fun watch.

I love the message of the drama. But as time went the story lost its focus and all focus was on the aggravating love triangle, and at that point the characters just looked pathetic. To make it worse, the FL is so clueless it's frustrating. Anyone can watch this but I definitely think the drama is geared towards younger audiences. The best thing I love about the drama is the characters, some of the characters had so much depth and shined anytime they appeared on screen. They really elevated a story full of cliches.

Now as for the love triangle, as someone who never gets second lead syndrome this was very hard to watch. Writers need to stop this trope where the second male lead is left sulking for the girl even after time jumps. How about introducing another love interest, at some point it gets tiring to watch and I hope they never make another drama regarding that. I was stupid enough to expect some kind of change in the last two episodes, but it had the same cliche ending. Overall, this wasn't a bad watch, I love how they wrapped up everything.
