I'm disappointed

I rarely give a low rating but i was really disappointed with the overall serie conclusion. I feel like we got nothing from the show and all went back to start of the show. A whole f**king circle. The family wasn't free from the grip of the government. We don't know who is behind the red phone. Why did the older brother ideology change so much what exactly happened to him. I felt like there was a whole conspiracy still hidden and uncovered and that unnerved me when i didn't get any answer at the end i only got more question. I hope there is a second season but still my expectations are very low. The cast and acting was on point. The actors and actress portrayed the role and emotions perfectly. But the conclusion D*MN. I FEEL SO FRUSTRATED NOW

The most satisfying ending EVER for a historical chinese drama!!!!!

I have watched a lot of historical chinese drama. Almost in all of them, they will closure the drama in like 1 min or so leaving us with so many questions. But ladies and gentleman, this drama has the perfect ending. We got all the characters ending and of course our Main Leads happy ending in DETAILS !!! *chef kiss* PERFECT ENDING. I give this drama a solid 9/10 i would have given it a 10/10 if only they gave us more details of the past life, like her affairs with the MLs, her emotions like why she was so pbssessed with having power and the empress position but most importantly i wanted to know badly the outcome of all the characters in the past life.

I'm shocked at the rating of this drama!!!

I fineshed the drama when it just ended airing but forgot to rated it but when i planned on doing so i found the rating was so low my jaw dropped!!! I really enjoyed the drama so much. It was a fresh plot with mystery, drama plus action. A totally new concept of villains as main roles. It kept me on edge which a lot of drama this days fail to do. I kept wanting to watch the next episode immediatly. I'm totally waiting for the second season because of the cliffhanger. The acting was so good that i begin to hate and curse at almost all the characters. It's so rare to see a drama where the main characters are the villains of the story. I loved how the villains keep betraying each other and how they plot scheme to get what they want. It shows how people can be really greedy and nasty. It makes me so excited to see their downfall hopfully on season 2.
