I initially picked up "Lie to Me" to see Yoon Eun Hye in a new drama. I was very excited and immediately fell in love with the show. The premise was a little rediculous but I loved how the story flowed and the character interactions.

If I were to review this show at the first 10 episodes I could give it great marks. It was really my favorite drama at the time. But once the writer change happened at episode 11 this show became one of the biggest disappointments.

In the beggining Ah Jung's relationshpi with Sang Hee was great and I couldn't help but root for him as a second lead. Ki Joon was a little cold at first and it seemed like it took a while for Kang Ji Hwan to feel completely comfortable in his role but once Ki Joon started to develop feelings for Ah Jung it was great. It was fun to see him jokingly tease her but still be a little cold to her. They also had great chemistry, the 'cola' scene was one of the funniest and romantic moments I've seen in a drama.

At episode 11 the whole show changed with the writer change. All of a sudden Ki Joon's character was nice and friendly and Sang Hee (as well as the secretary) seemed to be no where. The side stories/relationships changed quite drastically as well. The whole atmosphere, including the music, became lighthearted and brought back more of a 'comedy' feel. But it was a very different 'comedy' feeling than the first half.

I feel like I could go back and rewatch episodes from the beginning but as a whole this show was too much of a disappointment for me to ever consider rewatching. I loved the cast but the writer change really killed my love for the show.
