who are we to decide how valuable that one day is for the patient and their family.....

-Two lives, one heart ...that’s the most perfect title for the drama for every decision affects two patients...and every doctor will have to make a decision: who should you choose ?... Can those decisions be emotionally influenced ?... Is revenge more important than life? you’ll find all the answers you are looking for in the drama.
The drama sheds light on corruption and moral dilemmas. As someone who enjoys watching medical dramas, every now and then I randomly pick a medical drama….and I guess most of you might agree that medical k-dramas have a different vibe of their own.

As for when we talk about this show I’d first of all mention that I found it slow-paced ...as a 2x speed binge-watcher I can tell you I’d have given up on 2nd/3rd ep if not for 2x ….that being said don’t think that I did not enjoy the show ….I have a different love for med dramas that keeps me close to them and this show does quite well in med aspect ….cuz if it did not there was no way I was going to watch a slow-paced drama centered around corruption and politics.
The characters here will drag you in their dilemma ...for everyone has a story …a different angle to the same set of happenings …which is quite interesting to watch
Before I talk about the leads in the drama I’d like to mention that the side characters are likable ...with their limited screen time they create really beautiful moments that have you waiting for their appearance ….

Back to lead characters:
Choi Seok Han: he’ll literally drive you crazy ...in a good way ...every time he makes a decision you’ll be like ….wait what ..no there’s something more ...there has to be a reason ...that can’t be it...you’ll want to but you won’t be able to hate him.
Park Tae Soo: You can call him our typical drama land doctor ...for he’s that - save the patient no matter what you get yourself into type doctor ...his character might sound like you know what he’s gonna do in the show...and that’s true ...you do know what he’s gonna do in the drama ...for maybe I’d have liked him more if there were more shades and layers in his character….not to mention what was given was good as well.
Yoon Soo Yeon: Was she the main character? ...at times she felt like a side character ...for her story had so much to explore and I was looking forward to her character… I don’t know if it’s the writer or the actor to blame ….but I am disappointed

The story is intriguing and gripping ...the medical and political aspects are done well and the overall vibe of the drama is really good.
All in all the drama is worth watching ...even after me having stated so many flaws if you ask me I am happy that I gave it a try ...see it more like a med drama than a political plot ….try to think in character’s shoes ...and I am sure you’ll enjoy watching.

Being remembered by that one person ….the most realistic and simple wish complicated by fate !!

Not some out of the world shit here ….but just something I’d consider worth my time

Story :- Baek Sung Hyun and Han Ji Ah who have been friends since childhood and end up drifting apart, walking out of each other’s lives for good after sharing a sweet young love. But does it end there …(it’s dramaland ...so ofc they’re bound to meet again …!!)

Recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease, Seung Hyun is now a man struggling to hold onto the memories he holds most dear. As the memories of his time with Ji Ah begin to fade, fate steps in, in the most unexpected way. Bringing Seung Hyun and Ji Ah together once more, the two have a chance to rekindle their long-lost love. But the time they have together is short....Living with a terminal illness, Ji Ah knows her time with Seung Hyun is limited but the knowledge only serves to make their time together that much sweeter. Cherishing every moment, the two are determined to make the time they have together unforgettable.

As I already said it’s not something very fresh that you have never come across or some out of the world stuff ...it just presents reality in the most beautiful and heartbreaking way ….you know what’ll happen but you’ll still wish for a miracle …
Will your wish be granted …??
why don’t you check for yourself ...

Acting:...decent ...I could see some scope for improvement ...but then it wasn’t bad so I think that it’s okay and you’ll be fine if you are not the type to nitpick on every trivial thing.

The pacing is almost perfect if you ask me, sometimes even a slow pace feels apt ...cuz it actually depends on what you are watching …

...all in all it’s just a beautiful movie ...which reminds us that everyday is precious and every memory is special.

… memories, even if forgotten, once existed ...your heart will never forget the emotion ...even if your brain doesn’t remember the reason …
So cherish what you have ...and make the most out of the given time …for you never know what awaits !!

Since there are no other reviews to help you decide whether you should watch it or not ...I’d bother giving my 2 cents...

Each cine-drama in the trio is set in a high school, depicting tales of old spirits and secrets that have been long buried in the scene - until now.

The first in the trio ..."8th anniversary" ….the best one according to me

So this one has it all hooked from the start ...short and to the point ...As expected from a horror story, the drama was often dark (literally) ...at times it would go in circles but end up at a different route every time ...a bit predictable, a bit unpredictable …

Although the story is on the familiar theme of exorcism and revenge (or rather karma?) There were other rules such as the 8th year trial and a new way to look at serial murders …(that was one of the ideas I loved ...not too much given attention to, but was quite fresh ) Nevertheless, it is still the typical story of ghosts possessing someone to take revenge.

So for people who like to watch horror movies and dramas ...this one could be a good choice cuz of it’s refreshing end ...but people who have a soft heart and do not like bloodshed ...you can enjoy the other lighter ones …

It’s not like the series will leave you scared or yelling….at least not me ( as someone who doesn’t even blink at sudden appearances/bloodshed on screen ...it was kinda okaish ...not too bad ...cuz I have seen even worse ...and thought how in the world they dare to add horror as genre)
So if you are looking for seriously scary stuff ...look elsewhere( tho if you aren't new to horror you might not find any...lol) ...but if you have nothing to watch or can’t decide ...ofc you can try this out ...it actually holds well considering it’s only 2 eps !!

Re-watch value ...after you know everything ...I don’t think there’s any need to re-watch ...since they don’t have too many petrifying scenes ...almost zero re-watch value (more like it’s quite a rare possibility you find it for the first time considering it’s viewership)

If you are watching it ...I hope you enjoy …
the other reviews for the series can be found on respective pages ...or maybe I'll drop a link in the comment ....(if you wish to read my opinion on them you can check the comment with spoiler tag)

Each cine-drama in the trio is set in a high school, depicting tales of old spirits and secrets that have been long buried in the scene - until now.

The third in the trio - Karma, what goes around comes around !

This is the last one ...and maybe the one I found a bit uninteresting ...tho that might not be the case for you ...maybe you’ve read about me telling you that I liked 8th anniversary the most ...I guess I know why ….it had this constant spree of ghost’s popping up on my screen ….which I really liked ..this one also has it similar ..but I guess my rational brain ( which should be working at all places except dramas but will do quite the opposite ) felt sad when it realized that things could be logically explained ….ahh I wanted them to have some more ghosts and less logic ….if you are confused about what I am talking ...just ignore me ...cuz if you understand ...you’d also be sad …!!

So in short the ghosts here can be logically explained …(does that even make sense …)

Well this one has this school backdrop but is more like a detective drama throughout ...where teachers instead of teaching do all sorts of nuisance ...but well it’s drama land and who said teachers can’t be part time electricians and detectives ?

It’s a good watch if you don’t think of it as a horror and ghost story ...the acting is decent and re-watch value ...quite less …none really ...

This one got a pinch of bullying again …( it’s like salt in the vegetable called school k-drama according to our writers…. how in the world does it fit you without salt )

What goes around comes around ..karma ..the central message is made impactful ...but I would still say this one was my least fav among the three ….but to each its own ...you’ll never know until you try !!

If you are watching it ...I hope you enjoy …
