This story is sweet, but even at less than an hour and a half, if feels like it drags a bit. Maybe it's because the characters are painfully naive...which is accurate for the story, but a bit hard to watch sometimes. You just want to shout at them things like, "Don't just sit there!" or "Say something!" at times.

The acting is fine and the story is ok. The dynamic with the cousin is a bit odd. You are supposed to see him as an enemy, but at the same time, the family seems quite close so it's a bit weird.

Even so, it's a decent show.

I was needing a show that would be light and fluffy, but still had a bit of romance and this was exactly that mini-drama. It's cute. It has decent characters. The leads are good together and while the plot is simple, there are some short cute side stories as well. The music is a big part of the story and I really liked that it took place at a Norebong.

Since there are only 8 episodes and they are 15 minutes long each, it's a super short drama and I loved that too. There are some plot holes and even a couple things that didn't quite add up, but that's to be expected when the show is so short.

I enjoyed the drama and I'll probably watch it again sometime.

This series reminds me of the live action Saturday morning shows that were geared for teens when I was growing up (ex: Saved By The Bell). And if you look at if as a show in that same genre, then it's an enjoyable series. It's not high drama. It's literally kids stuff and it's cute. The cheese factor is extremely high and the acting is often over the top, but that is what these types of shows are known for.

So, if you are looking for a short teen drama to make you smile, but not tax your brain at all, this might be the show for you.

Basically this is a long commercial for contacts...though if you didn't know that ahead of time, you might not realize it. It also showcases three members of Got7: BamBam, JinYoung, and Mark.

There is a plot, but not much of one. But then, it's only 16 minutes long, so there isn't much time for a plot. BamBam is the lead in the show, but JinYoung is the one you can't take your eyes off of. He plays the leader of a gang and his acting is spot on...downright scary in his last scene. Mark's character is probably the one you most empathize with in the show. BamBam, even though he was the lead and in nearly every scene, he simply wasn't given much to do except narrate, so it's hard to rate his acting. The other 3 main lead guys do a great job and I hope to see them in other things, but at this point I am unfamiliar with them.

It's a quick watch and if you are a fan of Got7, you will enjoy it.

I started this drama, put it on hold, started it again, put it on hold and then finally finished it. Suffice it to say that it takes a bit to get into this show...at least it did for me. The acting is fine and the story is good, but it just didn't grab me for a long time. Finally about episode 12 I was more into it.

One interesting aspect of this show is watching this male lead learns from all these women. Not seduce them all mind you...but learn from them. And it's neat to see how he continually puts into use what he learns. He's also always pretty up front with them as well (at least most of them), so they know pretty quickly whether he really likes them or just wants something from them.

One down side is that the female lead character, though fun to watch, is simply too obsessed with the male lead character. It's cute in a kid...a bit worrisome in an adult. That is nothing at all against IU who played her...just a flaw in the character (IMHO). The second lead is great all the way around and I enjoyed the scenes where the three leads were working together a lot.

If you enjoy romantic comedies and are a fan of any of the cast you might really enjoy this.

The plot for this show is a bit wild, but somehow they carry it off well. It makes you think a bit about how people see each other and how we do or don't notice the people around us. It was well written and thoughtful. I was unfamiliar with all the actors in this series, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but they all did a really good job. The story is interesting and the length of the series was just perfect. I think if it had been longer it would have felt too long and if it was shorter it would have felt rushed. But at 6 episodes it was easy to watch and held my interest well.

This show is only slightly over and hour long, but I still found myself fast forwarding a little through parts of it. The characters are interesting and the actors/actresses all do a good job, it's just slow. I can't really be more specific than that though because it's not like the story line was lacking or anything. It even has a couple rather unexpected moments in it, but somehow I still found myself struggling to not fast forward.

However, even saying that, it's a cute show and the three main characters are well written and have a story that feels like it could really happen in life so that is nice. It just felt like it could have been done in even less time or else the scenes needed to have a bit more to them.

Very fun

The writers flirted with using tropes we are super familiar with, but almost always twisted them a bit making them more enjoyable and less frustrating. It's not a perfect story, and my personal taste is that there be less "Villian" characters, but at least this one doesn't cause a lot of angst so that's better. The show is fun and Junho and Yoona are a great pair to watch together. There were a few characters that I found exceedingly annoying and wished were shown less, but they are mostly overshadowed by the other positives. Overall I really enjoyed this show.

The story is really good. The main characters are interesting and well acted. The villains are horrible (so obviously they are well acted as well). I have always been a fan of the arranged marriage plot. To me it's the most interesting way for a couple to get to know each other because generally they see all the other person's flaws first and then start to see their charms. The story behind the second male lead is unique from other plots I've seen and that added and adds a fun twist to the story.

The headline for this review refers to the Female lead of this show. She cries ALL THE TIME. Seriously...she could fill a bathtub with all her tears. That's probably the only thing that bugged me about this show. SO MUCH CRYING. It's not that she doesn't have just cause at times, but sometimes it just seems a bit overboard.

I still really like the drama though and I recommend it.

I was looking forward to this drama because of Kim Hyun Joong. I liked him in the other dramas I've seen him in and as this was his comeback after leaving the military, I wanted to see it. I was impressed with his acting...actually, IMHO, all the actors/actresses did a great job in this. There is emotional range, cute scenes, sweet scenes, upsetting scenes...and everyone, in my opinion did a great job carrying all that.

The story is interesting and there are actually several stories told throughout the course of the show. Each one is compelling in it's own way and they all seem to connect to the building where the female lead is the landlord.

For me, the problem came in the last episode. There were some choices made with the plot that were, for me, extremely anger inducing and they were resolved in a vague/weird way or for some characters, not at all. It was truly frustrating...especially when it had been set up so well to have a great ending. But it derailed onto some very strange rabbit trail that did go along with the story in a way, but still felt very strange. It left me very much with a feeling of "What just happened?"

So, it's not that I don't recommend the show because up to that last episode it is a rather unique drama. It's not fast paced so don't expect it to be so, however it's only 12 episodes too, so it's not as long as a regular drama. Just be prepared for that last episode...it's...well...it's something.

A sweet drama

I liked this drama a lot. However, I will admit that a few characters really bugged me. I didn't enjoy the FL's parents (especially the Mom...she's just mean for no reason). The actor and actress were great, but the characters were grating for me. I also found the plot point of the FL not wanting people to see her bare face really frustrating after a while. It was fine at first and even seemed appropriate given her history, but after awhile it was just annoying. Once it was removed as a plot point the entire show got better in my opinion.

I like the friendships shown. It's fun to see groups of people interacting. But I could have done without the "extra" bullying. I know some was necessary in the beginning to make the story work, but seeing more later on was just not something I wanted to deal with at all.

Overall, though there were some parts I didn't like, this is one of the better dramas I've seen in the last year so that's a huge win for me.

Interesting show.

The first episode of this did NOT hook me because it seemed like it was going to be stories based on rumors more than facts. However as it went on, it got more and more factual and interesting. They tell stories of happenings around the world. Some I knew about, but many were new to me and since I enjoy history I liked hearing the stories. Sometimes the reactions are a bit over the top (or the acting while telling the stories), but overall it's an intriguing show. I hope they put out more episodes.

Decent but slow

I am not a fan of slow stories. I don't mean just that it could take a while for the leads to get together, but stories where just everything is SLOW. The characters are slow to speak...they think a lot...just slow. This drama is that. Everything is slow. It's not bad or anything. Just found myself frustrated at the pace. The characters are fine, but even their conversations are often slow.

I like the male and female leads together but there are times where they don't communicate well and that is frustrating as well. They break up for a time (normal in most dramas or movies) and I ended up ff part of that time because I was just needing the story to move on.

I really enjoyed this movie. It's not a heavy drama, but it's fun. The story is pretty basic, but at the same time I thought it was a fun twist on a school drama. It was kind of cool to see the girl just flat out decide to learn about love without being all giggly. More like a scientific approach...at least in the beginning.

The acting is good. The 2nd female lead character is not in the show much at all...which in this story was a good thing. The "bad guy" isn't so awful you can't watch him (as I often find evil characters tough to watch, this is important to me).

My one complaint is that I wish that the ML and FL had been able to have a couple more scenes where they were just talking about life and learning about each other. The movie is fairly short so they could have had time for them. It's fine the way it is, but at the same time, the romance would seem more natural if there had been a couple more scenes like that, in my opinion.

All in all, I enjoyed the movie!

First, the GOOD STUFF: This Kdrama has about a zillion plot twists throughout the show and you have to really pay attention or you may miss something very important. The writer does a great job of giving you tiny bits of information until they are ready to lay everything out for you.

The actors and actresses do a great job in this series. Every character is unique and interesting and important in their own way. There are a lot of actors/actresses in the show who are only in the series for a short time, but are important characters, so that is an interesting part of the story as well.

The NOT SO GOOD STUFF: This show is super violent so if that is not something you can handle, I'd give this show a pass. It's not violent all the time, but when it is...it's brutal. Also, I was not a fan of the ending. I found it confusing and frustrating. Others may not feel that way and I sort of get when the writer was trying to do, but for me...it just didn't work.

If you like a slow burning mystery, you might enjoy this show, but just be forewarned about what I mentioned above.
