The world is thrown into chaos when the public learns that in just ten days’ time, a massive meteorite will hit the Earth, likely wiping out the entire human race. Otomo Kyoichi works at an advertising company. He has an indecisive personality. Even though he is married, he repeatedly has affairs. One day, a man appears in front of Kyoichi. The man is Imagase Wataru. Wataru graduated from the same university as Kyoichi. It's the first time they have met since Kyoichi graduated. Wataru currently works for a jack-of-all-trades agency that does anything for its customers. He is sent by Kyoichi's wife to investigate whether Kyoichi is having an affair. Wataru tells Kyoichi that he has liked him for the past 7 years. He also tells Kyoichi that he wants to have a sexual relationship with him, and in return, he won't tell his wife about his infidelity.

Tomo is a neglected 11-year-old girl. She lives with her mother, who abandons her when she falls in love with a new man. Whenever that happens, Tomo goes to live with her uncle, Makio. However, this time around, Makio is cohabitating with his transgender girlfriend, Rinko. The film portrays the drama that unfolds in an unconventional family and Tomo's acceptance of LGBT+ people.

No hobbies, no friends, no lover. There are a lot of things that Kouki doesn’t have. The story begins when Kouki, an apathetic convenience store worker who struggles to find meaning in his daily life, is stabbed by a random thug. In his dying moments, he sees a beautiful angel with pure white wings.

Thinking he was being taken to the afterlife, he is surprised to wake up and find himself fully recovered. When he returns home, he discovers the same angel from before is already there. After learning that the angel has no memories and cannot fly, he takes pity on him and decides to let him stay with him for a while…

The flashbacks of KWKD are quite similar to MCB in that the ML is overweight and the FL his best friend who he has a secret crush on. Both MLs later lose weight and the FL is surprised that they are handsome.

Overall, the two have a similar idea of the character’s pet turning into a human and coexisting with them in their new form.

FL is forced out due to being framed and returns to investigate and is assisted by ex-husband and resolve the misunderstandings and fall in love

The female character is very smart just like our female lead in SOKP. The story is very well paced and ending is satisfactory. Moreover, we get to see the male lead support his wife and all of her schemes.

Both dramas are set in the summer in the countryside. Both dramas have three siblings who make “trouble” for their parents, each with their own stories. Each drama has the one sibling who seems to be normal but makes the most trouble amongst the three. One sibling in each falls for the local guy, though the personalities and background of the MLs are different.
