100% entertainment
A movie should be called superficial unless it doesn't leave any impressions. But what to do when a superficial movie itself leaves a lasting impression? Well, then it can't be called superficial anymore.
No matter how many years are passing, I can still remember the movie's plot and many funny scenes. Being able to recall a movie means a lot nowadays as one tend to forget a movie's plot quickly. Sometimes, one forget it after a day.
You might wonder what kind of things I still can't forget:
For instance, the funny voice of the female main actor is something unforgettable. The voice matched her character well as she was quirky and impulsive. Watching her acting was pure entertainment as you wondered: Is she in real life that crazy and funny as well?
Every time I see her picture somewhere I can't stop laughing as she will always remain as that crazy, funny, impulsive, naive and quirky journalist to me.
It seemed like as if the role was written for her and not the other way round. There might be some exaggerated scenes but even those scenes were funny.
The male lead also left a lasting impression, in short: Great acting, hot&cool; as always, managed to show various sides of his character.
Even though most of the movies show characters in a superficial way, this time it was different. Both main characters showed more profundity than other movie characters.
Why? Well, because after watching the movie I wasn't able to describe those characters with only three adjectives.

Apart from the characters, the plot was entertaining as well. Some twists and turns might be not that understanding.
But hey, if one want to watch something reasonable, the last thing you should see is a romantic comedy, right?
Even though this movie was rather comedy like than romantic, there was nothing missing.
Moreover, this movie served its purpose: It was entertaining/amusing.
And this adjective should say more than 1000 words.
So in short: Don't miss this movie!

God! I can\'\'t stand the main actress..I find her so annoying. The story is funny and all but I can\'\'t get past the fact that the actress\'\' voice is like the sound of fingernails scraping a chalkboard(she gives me a headache every time she opens her mouth). Also the character she plays doesn\'\'t make her any likable, she\'\'s soooooo rude, no manners at all. I can\'\'t stand people like her. It ruined the movie for me. I hope I won\'\'t have the \"luck\" to hear her any time soon. Other than her, the story is good and Lee Dong Wook is as wonderful as ever. Even the supporting actors are doing a good job. If her voice doesn\'\'t annoy you..you should watch the movie..it\'\'s actually a good one.

If you like worthless, annoying, pathetic, wimpy, bothersome, high-pitch voiced, blah female leads, THIS IS THE MOVIE FOR YOU!

The main male lead - was good, did everything right in acting, action and character portrayal. He was also great looking.

Plot/story - It was inconsistent and unsure of whether or not it wanted to be a serious action flick with humor, or completely nonsensical parody mocking Korean police and film work. Unrealistic in it's entirety - but not in a good way. Made up drama to create tension.

Ugh - a waste of a good male lead, stunt-men, and action scenes for this movie. Not funny either.

Save yourself the annoyance and find another movie. This is one of my worst reviews ever. :P

I enjoyed this movie i think the one thing that i recommend is that you kinda shut your brain off and enjoy the crazy situations the cast gets themselves into. I did find the female lead's voice to be a bit grading and i almost smacked my screen after watching her act like an idiot but i almost thought it was either charming or just funny. The acting is good though i don't even remember the sound tract. So if your gonna watch this i would highly recommend watching it with a friend or two it's kind like with them you can point at the strange ness and laugh while you all watch it plus your laughing could drown out the female leeds voice which i ave to admit can get a bit grading.

The film started off as annoying and sort of ended in a blur. There's that nagging feeling that the movie wasn't able to satiate my Kmovie-comedy-genre-craving because I was expecting a really enjoyable film full with action and quirkiness. This was a total let down.

Dong Wook Lee's performance as the detective Jae Hyuk catching crooks was a plus point for the whole thing but I find Yeong Hyeon as Soo Jin, the journalist a pretty much annoying person with an equally irritating voice. I don't get why they wanted her to act so stupidly at all times and get into so much trouble to the extent that it wasn't funny anymore. There were several scenes which you would find funny, especially at the last part but aside that, there were so many broken moments and plots where things could have been cleared up easily if the main female protagonist wasn't too much of a ditz.

The flow of the story wasn't my thing, even the characters lacked their own substance or much more like it was TOO Exaggerated that it became irritating to watch. The sound track was quirky but it wasn't something I would get a hang over with.

I wouldn't recommend this movie, hence it shall end up too disappointing.

I'll recommend this movie to anyone, because its concept is interesting, the characters are fun even though I have to admit that their their individual story line is weak, the production values are good enough to make this movie worth watching. It's true that Hyun Young voice is a somewhat annoying and she a little too hyper, but Lee Doong- Wook characters actually does some justice to her hyper character by being more calm. I mean it's not a movie that will get an A but it's definitively one that need to have been watch once.

Disaster in a good way. Apart from the womans annoying voice, this was hilarious and entertaining. She was just a mess esp when she had to go pee in the most important moment of catching the criminal. Lee dong wook is sexy but that hair needs to go. He's also good when it comes to romance movies because he's great at expressing chemistry. The end becomes entertaining when the two women decide to take matters in their own hands handling drugs and fire

Entertaining but can fall flat in moments

This drama had a comedic mood, but the FL voice made it excruciating at moments. Although as the movie progressed I got used to the voice and in fact her voice was impersonated by Lee Dong Wooks character which was pretty hilarious but the moment was fleeting. I liked the story but it really didn't give romance vibes. i think if you're a fan of a silly detective movie starring Lee Dong Wook then it's worth watching plus the end credits includes a duet sung by both leads. overall this movie is enjoyable and there's pretty entertaining moments, and the FL voice eventually doesn't bother you after a while.

If you can get past the female lead's voice (and that is a BIG if) then this is a pretty good movie. It has a little bit of everything. It's obviously a rom-com but it also has a compelling cops vs. criminals story & good action scenes.

Lee Dong Wook and Jun Soo Kyung are what make this movie worth watching. If it wasn't for them my cast score would be even lower. It's as low as it is strictly because of the female lead, Hyun Young. She's actually not a bad actress and pretty good at comedy but her voice is so grating that it's all you can focus on. But I will say that as the movie goes on you will get slightly used to it. But only slightly! And the writers are obviously aware of how annoying it is cuz they work in a few jokes about it.

Lee Dong Wook really carries this movie. He's very believable as someone who strives to be a great cop but has a phobia that can sometimes interfere with that. He's also very easy on the eyes.

This is my favorite role of Jun Soo Kyung's. Her character's personality & antics are laugh out loud funny. She will have you cracking up so much. Especially in the last 20 minutes.

The movie has a very good pace & doesn't drag. So if you're looking for some time to kill this is a good movie to watch. Just don't have the volume too loud... :)

This movie is extremely hilarious! There were scenes which I seriously can't get over with and had to replay a couple of times. The two mains' chemistry was surprisingly good and their characters are well-matched. I find the actress' voice really funny and Lee Dong Wook actually pulled off the action parts quite well. Although a lot of scenes were forcibly coincidences, you'll let it off since it is really compensated by fun and great acting. This movie is what you call comedy!

This is just an all around fun movie. Is it all that unique? Probably not. But it's just too fun to care about that. My favorite part definitely has to be the ending. Let's just say there's a drunk woman throwing Molotov's involved, and it's fabulous. I definitely could have done with another kiss from the main couple, but otherwise, there's nothing else I needed from this movie.

I will say though, the female lead is very much an acquired taste. With a high pitched, somewhat squeaky voice, and an overall ditzy personality that doesn't change, you will either love her or hate her. I personally loved her, but I can definitely see how she would come across as grating for others.

If you don't mind obnoxious female leads and love outrageously funny stories, then I highly recommend this movie.
