His child gets kidnapped, and in order to unpack the facts he’s buried in his memory, he has to get the help of someone who can send him back into his dreams while half-awake. They race against the clock while poking around in his dreams for clues about the crime, which he collects in bits and pieces.

"Lucid Dream" is a science fiction thriller written and directed by Kim Joon-sung in his directorial debut.
I particularly enjoyed it, I found a consistent story, solid enough to keep the viewer's focus from start to finish.
Dae-houm is an investigative journalist, and as a result fate seeks to trace the whereabouts of his son who was abducted three years ago.
Until then it's no big deal, yet with the help of a detective and a psychiatrist friend, he will retrace his memory of the incident through the use of lucid dream techniques.
